Our damaged Bedroom suite was to be exchanged with a new one.. the new one was just as bad, if not worse.. we had no choice but to keep our existing headboard, full of glue, as the new one was even worse.. Do the manufactures not do quality test?? How does JD accept this type of quality? I work at a shopfitting company, so I know how things should look, we would NEVER, send out goods looking like that.. Is Joshua Doore about price and Not quality, cos then your goods should definately be alot cheaper? I just cant understand how you can SELL goods of such an inferior quality? I wil now accept woteva discount we get, as Im not going to take time off work jus to sit at home and wait for a delivery, nor do I want to go up & down to Southgate to keep re-doing paper work.. So please assist us, so we can bring this matter to a close.. Please understand that I dont have a problem with the staff, just the badly made furniture, or rather that bedroom suite in particular!

    I went to your Rahima Mousa branch yesterday the service I got was shocking I wanted to make a payment only to be told to wait 15 minutes until I left.
    All your staff was grouped on the computer the shop wasnt busy at all. I wanted to pay my overdue account but I didn't.

    Good day,

    I have been talking to several of your consultants over the past years trying to get my refund for a TV they failed to deliver. Please may someone get in touch with me as all the people have started to ignore me yet i was told my refund was being processed end of 2015 and yet here I am still trying to get my money back.

    I have been checking my credit report and I found that I have two accounts with Joshua Doore but I only opened one account. Please see attached a copy of them. Why do I have two accounts? This is unaccepatable because it means that I have been paying since 2005 but my accounts were only R10 000. Please advise

    I settled my account March 2018, phoned requested paid up letter never received it after numerous emails, Everytime I phoned they assured me that the account shows zero. Left it there now after 6 months they go and list me on my Credit report as default payer with.

    COULD SOMEONE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!

    My name is Slindile. I bought couches at Russells on the 20th of November until today they are not delivered. I would not refer anyone to go and but from Russell's their service is very POOR and useless. At game I bought a fridge on the 24th and it was delivered on the 27th. #Angry Customer never waste your money and buy from Russell's

    i settled my account with JD Group 30 July 2017. but i keep on getting debit orders in my account. i did phone this [protected] but keeps ring and no answer. and hang up when i lay my complain.

    Hi,

    I have sent a numerous queries regarding my banking details change and my debit order date but still you telling me that the account does not have funds. Yes it won't have funds because I do not use it anymore and i have informed you to update the debit order details. And with all the failed debit orders you making me pay for all these fees.

    My account has been handed over to Brooks Lynn something, I cannot get hold of this people, when I finally do the lady was very rude.

    I wish not to deal with them but looks like I have no choice.

    Please can you provide banking details I want to do a direct deposit and get this account paid
