JJsHouse charge twice on c.c.

here is the fist message that i send to this compagny on the 22 january 13 (hi my name is Monique Dion and i made a misteak on my oder, we a got the comfirmation my email adress was wrong so i back up on the site and confirme again and i got a second confirmaton number so i have 2 oder but i want only one so please be kind to cancel one oder and refund me on my credit card visa. i will give you my both number [protected] and [protected] i m looking foward a anser soon thank you ! you can contact me by email at [protected]@live.ca or facebook ) since then i got one dress oder number [protected] witch was fin but never got the refund on my credit card for the second oder witch i ask them to cacel oder number [protected]! and did not recived also, i got no news from them at all ! the bill was 188.23 $

JJsHouse don't waste your time or money with this company

The company refuses to accept a return . They claim the dress I bought was tailored made. I used their size chart and ordered the dress off their size chart. Now they claim the size chart is not "the commonly used size chart'. But refuses to exchange the dress for a smaller size..

The dress is poorly made, unflattering and not worth any where near what I paid for it. They offered me a 15 % . Discount.. What a joke !

Don't waste your time or money with this company..

JJsHouse beware of fake websites like this

This is another one of those fake websites. I am from one of the companies they stole our picture from. There is no way they can sell a wedding gown that cheap. They are barely selling it at our cost. The quality If you get your gown at all will not be close to the quality from the company direct. Please Please make sure you always go to a store and see the gowns for yourself. Beware of fake websites like this.

JJsHouse crappy dresses, empty promises

My custom gown dress was 3 inches too short, even too short with flats on! I was professionally measured and paid extra to have it made to my measurements. I’m only 5’1″ tall so I can not believe it fell above my ankles! It also took longer than expected for my dress to arrive. It came a few days before my event and left me scrambling to find something else.

When I contacted them to explain it was too short, , I was mortified when they asked me to send them a picture of it on me!

I had to open a pay pal dispute to get them to admit i deserved a refund. The dispute closed with them offering me a refund. I can not believe I have not been given the refund I was told I would be getting. Bad business! I was told on march 24, 2012 by Amanda He a refund was issued. I was then told by her on April 1, 2012 that it would be issued soon.

Crappy dresses, empty promises. Stay away from this company!

JJsHouse buy at your own risk and be prepared to be screwed by this company and paypal

I purchased a wedding dress to receive NO LATER than April 5. I was in constant contact with this company for 46 days and was promised that I would receive it by that date. How ironic that my wedding was April 8 and I received the dress April 9. They repeatedly told me when I wanted reassurance that I would receive by that date, that I would need to understand that this was their busy season. After receiving dress and trying it on, I found that bust was 6 inches too big, waist was 3 inches too big and hips were 3 inches too big (after having measurements taken by seamstress). The length was 6 inches too long and this was a CUSTOM DRESS which I paid extra for. The item listing stated it would be a lace up back which after ordering I confirmed that I wanted a lace up back well I received a zipper back.. You could tell that the dress was a cutdown version of a much larger size because the stitching down the left side was so crooked that you could tell it from all angles when viewing the dress. I filed a claim through paypal because they only offered me 50% and would only refund 100% if I shipped the dress back which would have cost me $134.00 from the US. I lost my case with Paypal because they only help the seller and they too are a SCAM, RIP-OFF COMPANY! I talked to their customer service rep who told me I should not take JJs offer with all of the problems with the item and look what happened. I am out 290.00. WARNING...BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND BE PREPARED TO BE SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY AND PAYPAL, THEY BOTH SUCK! I do not believe anyone who posts a positive feedback regarding this company, they probably have friends, etc to cover their rears when it comes to feedback.

JJsHouse received not as described

Purchased March 19, 2012 a CUSTOM SIZE wedding dress with petticoat to be delivered no later than April 5, 2012. Wedding
was scheduled for April 8. After being in constant contact with this company to be reassured that I would receive by the requested
date and being promised that I would, that did not happen, I received the dress April 9, 2012, the day after my wedding. I had to
incur additional expense by purchasing a replacement dress 4 days before my wedding to make sure that I had one to wear.
I filed a complaint with Paypal after JJs only offered me 50% of the value paid for the dress or 100% if I returned it to them with
shipping costs of $134.00. I was told by paypal customer service not to accept their offer because there were too many problems
with the dress. The dress was 6" too big in bust, 3" too big in waist, 3" too big in hips, 6" too long in length and I ordered a lace up
back like picture and I received a zipper back. The entire left side of the dress was stitched crooked and was obvious that the
dress was a chopped up version of a much larger size. Paypal sided with JJshouse and I lost my entire 292.00. BOTH
PAYPAL AND JJSHOUSE ARE RIP OFF COMPANIES. Paypal works for the merchants not the buyers. DO NOT BUY FROM
THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! I do not believe any of the positive review for this company
it would be very easy to get bogus people to post positive reviews as sellers on their behalf and I do not believe anyone who says
their purchase was positive.

Weddingdressgood.com is reliable, my daughter wedding to buy This dress is absolutely beautiful! I knew I loved it when I came across it on this website, but when I took it out of the box I fell in love with it all over again. JJsHouse a complete waste of money

DO NOT BUY FROM JJ's HOUSE! They can make any error they want and they don't do a thing about refunding money or making it right. A complete waste of money.

JJsHouse don't buy from this scam site

DON'T buy from this site! It is a scam! I ordered a dress for my daughter's formal. Well, the one we received wasn't even close the pictured item, the zipper doesn't go up past the bodice (thicker part) when there is a body in the dress, it is even difficult when you don't have a body in it! Then, they try to make you feel bad by saying that their two girls worked for two days on trying to make this dress for me...nowhere do they tell you that the product you will be receiving will not be exactly like the one you see in the picture and that they will do their best to make a nice dress for you (even if it is in different colors and the beads on the picture won't be a part of the dress!)

Contacting them is a joke, you hope you get a response, and then their response is so rehearsed and generic! They offer 25% refund? I declined that and am going to keep on them about a refund, I also filed a claim through Paypal, so hopefully paypal will be able to help me out. I am soooooo mad! They obviously take the photos off of some site...then they have their two little chinese people try to make it...didn't even make the top close to the one we ordered...used some cheap netting and gold crap...so bummed that we got took! We don't have the extra money just lying around. Bummed...

I am sorry you had a bad experience, and it's true they do not take returns, but JJ House is a legit site. I have ordered many formal gowns from there and they are all beautiful.

Oh. I am sorry to hear that. I have a wedding dress of white simple style from Peridress! They made and sent it to me after promised days! It looks amazing! Very good fabric and exquisite seaming handwork! I am in love with it! Thanks for Peridress’s dress and their best price!
Maybe next time, you can try this website. GOOD LUCK!

JJsHouse terrible dress

I just bought a dress and the seams were all uneven the whole right side of the dress was almost in the front so you could see this big line going down the front of my hip and when I took it to alterations to get it fixed (which I shouldn't have to do)they said they couldn't even fix it, it was so uneven in the back and side it would cost more to fix it than what the dress is even worth, she said it looked terrible and that she had never seen a dress so bad! big waste of money! oh and by the way the material was cheap not anything like the picture, it was dull not shining silk and instead of jewels it had sequins in alot of the spots. DON'T BUY A DRESS FROM HERE! It's garbage now cause I can't sell it and JJ's House won't take returns and if they do (which you will have to hassle them) you will only get 50% of your money back and it takes months cause they are in Hong Kong.

I bought a custom bridesmaid's dress from them. It was supposed to be knee length, but when it arrived, the hem was uneven and ranged from 9-10 inches too long. I have been fighting with customer service since then. They keep insisting that they made the dress correctly and that I need to show them photos. I keep explaining that, unless they think my knee is only 7" inches off the ground, they did not make the dress correctly and that I HAVE uploaded photos. All they need to do to see the photos, is scroll up to the top of the message. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from them EVER.

"I got a dress on Saturday, don't get me wrong they were certainly prompt with the delivery. The problem is the dress.
Before opening i found the invoice for $20 for the dress made from 100% polyester. I was a little upset as spent over £100 for a made to measure dress.

The dress... ermmmm a blind man with no fingers would have been more experienced i think to put this dress together.
There are large areas that are not stitched, the hems are not even or sewn correctly, the dress does not sit correctly due to uneven darts on the back, there are also large areas that you can see have beenunstitchedd and restitched, the dress looks awful.

Request for a refund!

Started with 20% and it is normal for stitching to be loose?
now offered 35% for seamstress to sort?

i have spend over £100 and they want me to pay to get it repaired, are they from Pluto?
i would not expect this from a £20 dress never mind an expensive dress and i need it for this Saturday, i cannot wear it and i have used all the money i had for the ball. I'm not a rich person, but it appears the company is by selling shoddy outfits and then not giving you your money back

JJsHouse - I got conned out of over a $100

I ordered a dress sized to what their website indicated according to measurements. Everything fit except the top which had a 3 or 4 inch gap when trying to zip it up. Their return policy claimed to refund or pay for alteration fees. I sent pictures as requested and emailed them continually with no response. I got conned out of over a $100.
