We were asked to pay 10k INR and we were told that they will help us in providing details of brides for my brother. They are not even answering the phone calls. Let us assume that they are not answering because of lockdown (which is not true). They have answers our call once last week and told us that they will call back by evening. There after no answer from them. The groom details provided on their website are also not valid. We have called some phone numbers and to our surprise that girl got married 7yrs back and these people are still maintaining their number. I can provide all the proofs of required. Please help.

I had registered this bureau for instant marriage membership for my brother which is valid for 100days and paid rs.25, 000/- as a membership fee. Till today no communications from their end and every time send an sms for refund of my money that too after too many follow ups. But no response. And i did not receive any support till today. Yesterday (06/04/2015) i spoke to the concerned person regarding refund of money simply he says no refund as per our policy. The member ship charge is rs 25, 000/- i have asked for refund of my money as they did not provide the support( as per their claim). They are not ready to refund the money and they are showing the audacity. I want to sue jyothi matrimony for their wrong claim to me for the support and showing audacity and not paying my money back. I request your team to help us highlighting this complaint.

I also have lost 25, 000 rs with this fraud company. They manipulated me into taking instant membership and once i paid the money, they ignored the profile and stopped calling me . I have not received any communication from the company team despite many failed attempts from my side. and when i started demanding the money in a strong tone Mrs jonnalagadda jyothi started to blackmail me. i am planning to send a legal notice for fraud and cheating.
