I gave Magical Moments in Harrisburg PA a big chunk of change, $1,035.00, on December 1 for my wedding on 9/25. But on 9/13, the owner, ***, hit us up saying she couldn't do the job and offered a refund. It's now 10/11 and she still hasn't coughed up the dough. She keeps saying she'll pay us back, but won't give us a solid date. She's all like "I'm a small biz, I ain't got no extra cash to give."

Stefanie F contacted me via a social app on Jan 13th 2022, after my post seeking a wedding coordinator for my October wedding. She sent me a screenshot of a coordinating package including a wedding day timeline, up to 4 pre-wedding meetings, vendor confirmation, and more. I paid $600, benefiting from a special offer, with payment proof. On June 10th, I requested a pre-wedding meeting. She said she usually waits until closer to the wedding but agreed to schedule an appointment and promised to follow up. By June 14th, without any communication, I asked for a full refund and to cancel her services due to unmet promises. She then proposed a meeting, but I insisted on a refund. The discussion was inconclusive. She mentioned a contract sent on Jan 14th, which I never received. She forwarded the contract via email, but it was dated June 14th and unsigned. The next day, I suggested moving past the issue, and we arranged a Zoom call for June 27th. She canceled last minute due to an employee injury and promised to reschedule. It's now July 1st, and I've had no update. I request a full refund and no further contact.
