I gave Magical Moments in Harrisburg PA a big chunk of change, $1,035.00, on December 1 for my wedding on 9/25. But on 9/13, the owner, ***, hit us up saying she couldn't do the job and offered a refund. It's now 10/11 and she still hasn't coughed up the dough. She keeps saying she'll pay us back, but won't give us a solid date. She's all like "I'm a small biz, I ain't got no extra cash to give."

Stefanie F hit me up on *** messenger on Jan 13th 2022, after I put up a post on *** searching for a wedding coordinator for my October wedding. She sent me a screenshot of day of coordinating package including; "wedding day timeline, up to 4 pre wedding meetings, vendors confirmation," and a few other. I paid a total of $600, she was running a special, which I have a screen shot of and payment documentation of as well. I hit her up on June 10th asking for a time to set up to meet for one of our pre wedding meetings, she stated that she typically does not talk to brides until closer to their weddings but would make time to set up an appt anyways and would get back to me that afternoon. June 14th, I still did not receive any messages from *** so I messaged her stating that I would like a full refund and to discontinue my service with her since she had not provided me with any promised benefits. She had then asked to set up a time to meet, and I again stated that I wanted a full refund. Conversation went back and forth with no resolution. She brought up about a contract she sent to me Jan 14th. I checked my email, including spam, and could not find the contract. She emailed me a copy of the contract via *** docs and the document stated that it was created June 14th and was not signed by the bride, me. The next day, I told her that if we could look past this disagreement I would be willing to work with her. She agreed and we set up a time to talk via zoom for Monday June 27th. 15 minutes before my appt, she messaged me that there was an employee injury and she had to cancel my appt and would reschedule. It is not July 1st and I have yet to hear from jer for a time to reschedule our meeting. I would like a full refund and to not be contacted by her again.
