I walked into JJ at the Tucson Marketplace after work on this day not knowing what to expect. My husband and I wanted to try JJ after being recommended by a co-worker, mind you it wasnt at this particular store it was on the east side of Tucson.

My husband is a severe diabetic and a retired pharmacist here in tucson for 44 years for Fry's food and drugs, I am a LCSW here in Tucson for the past 20 years. I was running late and my husband had to have something quick to eat so we decided I would stop in.

I approached JJ and the gentlemen came to the counter and stated what can i help you with, I stated to the clerk or maker Dillion, I have never been here how big are the sandwiches? Dillion stated as shown on the menu on top, I don't get it all our sandwiches are whatever size because he never told me, I had to guess. I asked him what sandwich He recommended due to not getting any real help from this customer service rep, and he recommended a club, I stated just give me a ham and cheese with everything except tomatoed, mayo mustard jalapeno on both, please, Dillion stated yeah it comes with the #7 i said what? and he did not repeat himself. The clerk did not mention that the #7 is not hot, and or tell me anything really. I got home to feed my husband in which to my devastation noticed 2 cold dry poorly made sandwiches with only meat and lettuce. Mind you I live 18 min away from this location. I was so unsatisfied with the service your rep provided and the food. I contacted the store in which I spoke to someone who stated that I would need to bring back the sandwiches to be refunded the money back for the poorly made sandwiches, mind you again my husband is a severe diabetic and began to eat the sandwich placing mustard mayo, pickles, onions, and jalapenos and paperchains himself. I stated to whoever answered for that location that I lived 18 minutes away and no consolation was made. I am very very very unsatisfied and would like a refund immediately please. I just threw out the #7 sandwich that was not eaten from my fridge and it made me so angry. You need to fully train your staff on the concept of Customer service and providing the ultimate experience. I have told so many people about my experience and feel that I should be recompensed.
