Jewel-Osco review: Expired food

This Jewel is very convenient and shop there all the time. Well, I think that is going to be the last time. I am sick and tired of spending money on expired groceries. In fact, after I made dinner tonight, I noticed the date listed on the bag of stuffing had a sell by date of July 2019. Hello, today is Oct 15th. I have also had issues with expired juices, dairy like cottage cheese, packaged rolls that had mold on it and there produce is also bad. The cashiers are always so nice but the stock is terrible. I have read other complaints on a local msg board on how they have similar experiences. How can a store get away with selling expired items. Really sad. Groceries are expensive. Yes, you are probably saying in your head return the item. Well, after a while, that gets old. Sorry to say they have lost my business as well as others in my neighborhood. I do hope someone takes action.
