The first complaint is about the customer service from JetBlue. I spoke to April on1/19/26 from SDQ airport and she was rude and disrespectful. She claims that BD experience sent an email to me so that I could confirm my pickup from the Sheraton hotel in Santo Domingo. We never received the email. We tried to call the number 829954833 but that number didn't work. We were given the number by the BD experience dispatcher of the drivers at SDQ airport. Then I called JetBlue again on 1/20/26 and I spoke to Kim. She was dismissive so I ended the call. JetBlue should take BD experience off their website because they are a horrible service. Also, JetBlue should hire people with better interpersonal skills. The two women I spoke to had poor interpersonal skills. In addition to all of this the driver from BD experience that picked us up from SDQ airport on 1//14/26 at 3:30pm was driving so recklessly that he ran into the bolas de piedra (black stone balls). He hit the bolas so hard that part of the van fell off. I will go to my doctor to make sure my leg isn't injured. The driver didn't ask us if we were okay or not. It took us an hour because the driver got lost (he had a GPS) and he asked two police officers for directions and still got lost. We used our translation services to speak to the driver but he ignored us. I will seek legal counsel for this matter.
Claimed loss: Damaged luggage and leg was banged due to direct impact to the black stone balls on the streets in Zona Colonial Santo Domingo, Dominica Republic.
Desired outcome: Warn people about BD experience and take it off the JetBlue website. The driver from BD experience should be fired. Full refund plus damages to my luggage.
