Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems review: Jersey Mike’s didn’t give me my red pepper relish and my sandwich was very soggy

I have ordered from jersey mike’s on the Uber Eats App/Website on August 30, 2025 after placing my order I called my local jersey mike’s immediately explaining my bad experience from my previous jersey mike’s order on how my local jersey mike’s didn’t give me any chipotle mayo and red pepper relish. Also my sandwiches were very soggy. After explaining that situation to the jersey mike worker on the phone I just basically told the jersey mike worker to take their time and don’t forget my chipotle mayo and my red pepper relish because I don’t want to go through that similar situation again then the jersey mike worker said okay after that I said okay great and then end the conversation. After waiting for my order I received it from the delivery driver then I checked the bag to be only disappointed again because I didn’t receive my red pepper relish instead I received a buffalo sauce which I did not ask for (As Shown in the Picture) and my sandwich was soggy again (As Shown in the Picture Circle in Red)
