Got into a car accident had the car for about a year every check since June 1 I have benen paying 286 now they don’t have any shop to repair my vehicle and they refuse to show me the documents or sinsurancd policy that I was supposed to have for the vehicle that I have been allegedly paying for they have did a lot of deceiving things this matter need to be investigated

Claimed loss: 2015 Nissan sentra

Desired outcome: Car fixed at any body or repair shop I can find I was told I have to use their shop and they do not fix frame work I have a shop that will but they said they canâ€™t pay
