Jack In The Boxwrong order, rude staff, dirty cup, hair in burger, refusal to provide me a receipt.

Hello My name is Alea Owens and I had a horrible experience at Jack in the box yesterday 6/22/2017 at 6:45pm. Let me first start out by saying that I don't have the restaurant number because the manager refused to give me a receipt. However the Managers name is Alec and the address of the restaurant is

I ordered a burger with Ketchup only however on the outside order sign it said "no Ketchup". I explained that what I saw was incorrect but he argued with me saying the order was right and to drive up to the window, so I did. When I got to the window and he handed me my drink first the outside of the cup was filthy! I asked him for another cup and he said the cup I had was clean. I showed him the cup and he snatched it back and got me another one. Next he handed me my order which was supposed to be a burger with Ketchup, Mayo and Cheese only. When I checked my order of course it was incorrect. The burger had no Ketchup just like the screen showed and it was hair on my cheese! Gross. I told the manager Alec that this order was wrong and he tried to argue with me and say it was right and I said no Ketchup. He asked me to hand me the burger back so he could add more ketchup But I said no because it still had hair! At this point I am extremely upset and just tell him to take all the items back and give me a refund. He did give me my money back in cash, but my original transaction was with a debit card. Therefore I wanted a receipt. He slammed the window in my face and refused to give me my receipt saying since I had no food I didn't need a receipt. This person handling my order was a manager which is total unacceptable! I am very upset with this experience and even more so as my 6 year old was in the car with me.
