Jack In The Box product/service/cleanliness

July 30, 2018 my husband ordered a #1 large meal with extra onion, I ordered a grilled chicken salad with Balsamic dressing. There were no napkins, the tables were dirty and cell phones were seen sitting in the back with the employees on the counters. The sandwich had little onion on it, took it back she said it doesn't come with onion. I watched as she handed it off to someone else who handed it off again and onions were put on. My salad had the wrong dressing, halfway back to my table I noticed the dressing was still not right, again back at the counter for the correct dressing. My husband was done with his sandwich by the time I started my salad. This is the second time we frequented this franchise and why we did again, we shake our heads. An order was placed a year ago, which was wrong. Took the order back up, she ordered the correct sandwich. She came to my table and literally took the sandwich out of my hands, the manager said I could not eat this while waiting for the correct sandwich. She proceeded to take it and walk past me, while I witnessed her tossing it in the garbage. With all the frustration, I misplaced my receipt. This franchise is dirty, we have never had good service or the correct order placed. Clean it up or close it down. Please feel free to reimburse us, we will not have any good reviews for this franchise.

Jack In The Box service

Every time I order thru the drive thru, I already know they are going to forget something. I can't pull away without checking my bags. And ofcourse the times I choose not to check without a doubt, I'm missing something from my order. I like the food and that's I continue to go but I think I would go more often if it wasn't for the bad service. Thank you for your time.

Jack In The Box i'm complaining about a shift supervisor

On June 29at 850 am we went to use the restroom and I went to ask for water my husband and I went outside cuz we went to discuss what we were gonna e do dinner in or drive through so we decided to dine in my husband decide tond get a water and a shift supervisor was very rude and said it wasn't free for customer only she was very rude to my husband thinking we didn't have money we did but she discriminated cuz the way we looked she refused to give us her name and told the employes not to give us her name

Jack In The Box all of the above

I live in Duncanville, tx. Near the location in Duncanville on camp wisdom rd. I've been going to this location for 2 years and it's always an unpleasant experience. The staff is VERY rude. Customer service is terrible and they NEVER get the orders correct. Everytime I leave, o end up going back. It's tomes where everything I ordered isn't the bag and I just let it go. This particular time I've had enlightened and I had to make 2 visits for them to get my order right. And after the second time, it STILL wasn't right !

Jack In The Box staff

This store has only 2 people working, I decide to order and the cook decides to take a break to the restroom.. there I am waiting for my order for about 10mins and I ask Ms. Elena how much longer it would take, she calls him on the headset and the gentleman finally 2 minutes later walks out and is very rude to the girl to start off, she had to repeat the information she had already told him over the headset, doesn't even acknowledge that I am there then he asks for my card and says " I don't know it will take 3buss days check with your bank" and swipes it then says he has to keep the receipt. Through all this he doesn't even apologize or anything just looks at me like this is my fault I'm upset, upset of that poor management of that guy is the manager at that store... it's a slow store so I don't understand why the cook couldn't take a break when there was no customers in there but decides to use the restroom when there's an order on the screen... will never be coming to this jack in the box again. Jack In The Box discrimination/poor service

Last wednesday, July 25, 2018 between 11:45 to 12noon my 73 yrs old mom was craving for her favorite fish burger @a nearest jack in the box where we live. When it was her turn to order her fish burger meal the cashier can't understand her so she repeatedly pronounced it to "kish" or "psst" while she was decribing it to me (crying & sobbing) she decided to cancel her order even though it was already passed her lunch hour. Unfortunately, the cashier seems to make fun of her and overheard her saying to the crew "peace be with you"instead of helping or at least understand an elderly woman who had a new "fixed dentures" My mom said she tried to calm herself or else she might get a heart attack @that moment or else her situation could get worst. She felt so helpless during the time it happened. I can just imagine my mom's pain w/those heartless jack's employees. What if something happened to my mom for God's sake I don't know what can I do! It's not in my nature to complain but I am writing to please acknowledge asap to pay attention to this terrible service they provided to my mom. Thank you for your time and immediate attention to this matter.

Jack In The Box service

First off I would like to so upset with the service I was provide with I serve in the usn military and I can not believe that the people I put my life on the life for are treating people this way u stop at the jack in the box on stemmons for a snack the first impression of the restaurant was unsatisfactory in front of me was three young ladies who was waiting very patiently there was a man who was working the register who look like the cook and should not be taking orders and making food I noticed later that they was understaffed but was no excuse for the service that was provide the young ladies ask if they could get waiting on because they were on there lunch break and needed to hurry back the manger which I later found out was the general manager which surprised me even more replied with "don't rush me which was rude she was only implying that he should take her order instead of telling the other coworkers that he should not be at work on his day off after all of that I began ordering and I was given a coupon by one of the lady's in the restaurant for a take you for my service I provide him with a coupon 2for 5 dollars after waiting 45 mins I still
Did not receive my food so went to the counter to see how much longer a lady from drive through comes in and say she has the wrong order he then digs in her bag and try to give the burger to me and I said no sir I would like my money back he ask for my recipt and snatched it out my hand he gave me 4.10 back which was totally incorrect I asked for my recipt and he said I don't know what I did with it I asked him to reprint it he said he didn't know how I looked at the name on the register and the name was evyllen I have worked in fast food before and one thing I no is the you are not suppose to work under another employee register there was no female on duty. I asked for the manger name he responded with the general manager I am really displeased with the service I received it was down right rude and none of the customers deserved to be treated in that manner we only come to get our food and go on with our day not to be hassled with someone who didn't want to be at work
But the two employees where really sweet and kind but it's sad that the general manager acted in such a bad way in front of them what kind of example is he showing

Jack In The Box restaurant (drive-thru) constantly being closed during the night

On several instances the Jack in the Box location on NW Leary Way and 11th Northwest ( Seattle, wa) has been closed. Sometimes the employee's telling you hey we're closed, other times them just not acknowledging that you're even there. That is a 24-hour Jack in the Box so I don't understand why it's closed other than the people that are working are lazy and don't want to work which is what it sure seems like cuz I've gone to that Jack in the Box for years and it has never been closed in the middle of the night.

Jack In The Box issues with the store

Hi My Name is Maria Perez and I was trying to submit a complaint regarding issues with the store. I worked at the location 4759 address 12330 Greenville ave. Dallas tx 75243 for a few weeks as part time but I've worked for jack in the box for 10yrs. During me employment i saw several issues and when I finally said something I was let go without explanation or able to reach the manager since he blocked me. I was scheduled to come in 6/13/18 and when I arrived I was scratched off and another team member also asked me if I had spoken to the manager. I went home. During the time I worked there a team member named under Melecio Martinez grabbed money from the registers for personal use, replacing the money by making orders and never putting it in the system. He also would clock himself in with the help of others and then arrive a few hours later, the favor would be returned when others wanted to leave early and he would clock them out. I have call logs and text records of me calling him to get to work and later told he was clocked in around 5:30ish pm but didn't arrive till 8-9pm one Sunday evening.. this person also would take money from the safe and use it for personal use and would replace it before management would notice. Melecio Martinez is working under false information his real name is Roberto Salazar. Management is aware of this and nothing was done. Person is deceased so he uses it. On Sunday this man stole from me so I decided to stand up for myself. I was not the only one he stole for since on occasions he would hand a fake dollar bill to customers and would keep the original real money. When I brought some issues to the managers attention I was let go without notice a few days later. The Manager is also part of the problem as I feel he was motivated to get rid of me since I did not want to be with him, i would receive messages calling me babe and asked to send pictures of myself. These people have mocked me stating nothing would happen to me and I am upset that this Can go on! The worst of it all it was known that sex would occur during work hours, and during while an order was being placed or being done. The Gm for that store was aware of this and it was dismissed without punishment. I have prof of many things and I'm willing to provide it. I hope there's an investigation done and finally punish some of these people.

Jack In The Box personnel and food

I go to the Jack in the Box closest to my house which is on North Pleasant run in Lancaster Tx., they're not even open at 6: 05 then I go to the one further down the street which is at Bonnie View and Interstate 20 I order breakfast with a coffee. Coffee comes to me cold and the chick too busy on the telephone really just do her job. MAYBE ONE DAY WHEN Y'ALL HAVE THE GOOD EMPLOYEES IN THERE Y'ALL PAY THEM MORE AND TAKE CARE OF THEM CUZ THE PEOPLE Y'ALL GOT WORKUN FOR Y'ALL NOW JUST AIN'T WORTH $2.

Hi This is Maria, I was trying to make a complaint but not sure if I’m at the right place. I worked at this location for a few weeks, I’ve worked for jack in the box for 10 yrs and I decided to work part time at this location for my upcoming vacation. I was fired without an explanation and was unable to contact the manager as he had blocked my number. Through out my employment there I saw several issues.. There was a team member working under the name of Melecio Martines that was taking money from the registers and using it for their personal use, then he would make orders to replace the money he would take. He would also call others to clock him in and get there a few hours later. Other employees would do the same and he would return the favor. This person also took money from the jack in the box safe, using it for personal use and would replace it in time for management not to notice. I have prof of insidents with call records and times and dates. When I brought some issues to attention I was let go a few days later and it angers me that they see what’s happening and fire the people that are being honest instead of someone that can do this type of thing. Many times I also saw fake dollar bills given to customers and they would keep the original real money. On occasions sex would occur while an order was taking place and food would be getting done. The manager was part of the problem too since I didn’t want anything to do with him I feel that’s the other reason I was let go. I notified the owner and GM about the issues but it seems it is not as important and like this man Melecio had mocked me before, he could do what ever he wanted without being fired. This person is working under false information his name is Roberto Salazar and I have prof of that.

Jack In The Box order

I placed and order from jack in the box (16000 arrow hwy irwindale, ca 91706) through uber eats delivery# 343. I'm missing 1 of the items I ordered. I called the location to I inform them and spoke with maryann. She said that they don't keep a copy of the receipt and doesn't know how the uber eats works. When I asked for a manager she said that there was no manager and she's in charge. She said that the only way to go get my item is by driving myself to the restaurant. That's so unprofessional because the reason why I ordered through uber eats is because I don't have a car. So ridiculous the service they provide. Never again am I ordering from jack in the box. I'm so disappointed at the service.

Jack In The Box store

we went to the pleasanton road and sw military and the loby was close at 9:30 pm and it says they close at 10 pm
locaton on sw military across from south park mall: the loby was hot and didnt get any service. was standing at the counter for five mins and no body was taking our service and it felt like 90 degrees in the store.
will not go to any of yalls otheres location.

Jack In The Box the burger was soured... meat had gone bad.

I ordered food.. It was no good... Im a cook for a living and meat was spoiled...
I took it back told manager.. Replaced.

We went down the rode..
Heading home... Traveling same meat was spoiled... Willits ca. I'm very disappoint.. Because I have always like jack in the box..

I want my money back for the moeney and has sale it was $... Please reimburse me $15.98... Also coupons might encourage me to return...

Jack In The Box coupon rendering / coupon for $2 off regular ice coffee

I went to Napa south drive thru Jack in the boxes at 3:05p.m. I had a $2.00 off a regular Ice Coffee. It turned out Regular Ice coffee coast $1.99 so what good was a $2.00 coupon? Was this suppose to be free? Was this suppose to be able to be for a large even thou said was for a regular?

It angers me that I went to Jack in the Boxes because of this coupon and ended up paying full price that coupon did not even cover, what was the reason you printed and published this coupon? Is this just a trick in advertising to bring us to the Jack in the Box for no deal but assuming would buy food anyways because there. That stinks!

If I and teller missed understood please make coupon more clear such as, 'Free regular ice coffee or $2.00 of large'

Jack In The Box food

I went to Jack in Box and ordered several items. I didn't check my shots too see if it was fresh and hot. My food was cold and not fresh at all. I was too far away to go back. I called several times but no one answred the phone. I know they wasn't busy because it was not any one in the drive thru. At least someone should if picked up the phone even if they put me on hold. Also the cashier named LaShawn was very rude to be working fast food.

Jack In The Box wrong/messed up order for the 10+ time

I go to the jack in the box at least once a day because it's so close to my house and I absolutely love it. But almost every time I go they are always understaffed and it usually takes longer to get the food but I don't mind about that because I've been there done that. But a popular time I go here is at late late at night. 9/10 times something will be wrong with my order. The day people I know recognize me because I literally get the exact same thing every single time I go. But the people that work the late shift change a lot. I'm never one to call back in or have food sent back if something isn't right because those people are annoying. But with the jbox next to my house, I have had the last straw. I told the drive thru gentleman "no pickles" literally 3 times. And I wanted regular fries instead of curly. But I guess the guy doesn't know what the word "no" or "pickles" means. Something needs to change there.

Jack In The Box wrong food

JIB #744. I went to Jack for dinner tonight for the family. I ordered 2 potato wedges well done, 1 (3) eggrolls, 1 nacho taco. The potatoes were not well done and when I open the box to what I thought was my eggrolls there were chicken nuggets. Someone got my eggrolls and I got someone's nuggets. That is 2 orders that were not correct. I do not understand why it is so hard to get this stuff correct. I would like a response to this complaint and my money back on my eggrolls.

Jack In The Box I am complaining about a worker at store number 1147

I called Jack in the box to complain about receiving all my food cold, I didn't not expect to get any free food I was just calling to let them know so that way it wouldn't happened again because the chicken was stiff and the tacos were super cold and greasy. I spoke to this Manager Named Viridiana also known as Bri and told her the problem and before anything she asked if I was Joanna's sister a former employee and then she continued to say that she had kicked me and my family out of the restaurant for no known reason when my sister worked there after she had moved stores or whatever and no one prohibited her entrance and she hasn't gone back ever since and as of me and my family she in no time had told us that we were not allowed if not we wouldnt of gone is the first place and if she would of had really prohibited me and my family the entrance to the restaurant she would of had not taken our money and had told me as soon as I had entered the restaurant and not after receiving my money & after I had called her. I didn't know that just because my sister stopped working there that we were not allowed back at the restaurant. I will be making sure that none of my family and friends ever buy at that jack in the box again that is the worst customer service I have received in all my life and I don't believe that a manager should be talking to there customers that way.I would like a call back, not from her but from her director.

Jack In The Box management

My name is jasmine forbes I'm an employee of jack in the box in Houston texas i feel ive been racially profiled by your manager Vicente I came into work Thursday July 12, 2018 at 2:00 as scheduled before I coyld even clock in I felt like the manager (Vicente) had an attitude but i continued on with trying to start my shift he asked me to put a net over my hair as I do any other day I'm at work but singled me out because I wasn't wearing my hat that I have never wore before then I then proceeded to tell him I live to far and I couldnt go home after already being clocked in over a hat but I would make sure to wear it on my next shift he still insisted I go home and that he wouldnt place me back on schedule after looking at 2 other employees who were in the kitchen preparing burgers with no gloves and no hats I asked him why would he single me out if I was on drive through and was at less risk of anything happening to the food compared to the woman in the kitChen who he was friends with he then told me he wasn't talking about them only me witch I did not find fair in any way he then made a racist commwnt stating this is why my type of people can't work here witch I found very offensive I really need someone to contact me back regarding this matter cause its ridiculous to have to come to work and deal with such horrible management...

Jack In The Box district manager running the dayton, texas store

wanted to let you know that the district manager running your Dayton, Texas store is very rude and hatefull to the employees and customers. I have seen it first hand and have had several people talk about how bad of an individual he is to everyone. something needs to be done about how your managers treat people and their employees. if I was working for this individual he would be taken to human resources and I would demand that he get removed. not good policy to have people like this working for your company.
