ITN Corp/ASAP Tickets review: Plane tickets not used but itn refused to issue refund for

My sister and I purchased two tickets bound to the Philippines. ITN confirmation # XXHBMI, dated Feb. 5, 2021. We're supposed to fly on March 23, 2021 but got postponed due to COVID. But since we purchased a ticket protection (non-refundable) for $138.9, we're able to rebook the flight to July 26, of the same year. It happened that the pandemic was still raging at that time, my ticket got rebooked again at an additional cost of $595.32. I was issued a new confirmation #, PXRH3Q. I could already sense that something could go wrong, thus I began to ask if we could be issued vouchers or even cash refund. This was around August 2021. Our travel agent, his name is Framel, (seems to me that everyone at ITN is on a first name basis only) suggested that we just need to give him a call when we're ready to fly. That's how you get scammed, by being trustworthy. We trusted him again. When I started to really worry, my calls and emails happened more frequently. Then a supposed to be supervisor, name is Beryl, got involved and sent us an email with promises to help us. Nothing good until now has happened. ITN is a scammer.
