International Travel Network (ITN) review: Worst liars ever

Buyer beware. I have filed a complaint with FTC, DOT and IATA.
This travel agency ITN goes by the name ASAP Tickets. Stay away from them! They sell you low fare restrictive tickets and sell you fake insurance to be able to change or cancel but then they give you the run around and charge you uncompetitive fare change fees. Depending on who you talk to you get a different answer. I’ve spent sleepless nights, endless on hold hours to just get more and more frustrated and Illed.
