Waste of money. Sold as a lifetime subscription and now asking for the subscription after using 2 years. They want to make money all the time. Don't buy this useless provider.

I bought jadootv recently it seems to be working good when I bought later on it started buffering and reloading issues The customer service are not Knowledgable and most of the time they have no idea how to fix/resolve the issues. .

There is no 24x7 JadooTV after sales support. The prices mentioned on their website are not honored. In Canada, I paid them CAD250 instead of advertised CAD160. I need technical support and no one at their technical support wants to help. The emails to their support remain unanswered, no one picks up phone and their online refers back to call the sales office. They have factory preset PIN on my Jad007 box and no one is willing to help. Just going in rounds and rounds. It is so frustrating.

Complaint against customer service
Hello Sir, I called customer service twice today Mr Asim Raiz received my call, he is not listening me and has lot of background noise of kids, they are crying. And he simply advised me you can buy new box and even not listening my problem. I call again him and he said told you before buy new box. And when I td him can you please quite your kids they are making a noise, then he told me I am working from home and I can't stop my kids. Sorry.

I bought Jadoo 5 for my mother on 2018 less than a year the box was become faulty, asked for replacement they instead ecah time gave us direction to reset and do tech stuff on it, it happens several time they did not accept to replace it, at the end they said it is because the subscription ending, we subscribed for 12 months over the phone and paid $120 on 11/12/20, just a month later the box problem increased, now I asked them to fix it, they are saying it is out of warranty buy Jadoo 7. I want my subscription money to be refunded first. They keep passing me around and giving me wrong emails. I am so disappointed and if I don't get any answer soon I will take the matter to ombudsman.
