I never received items I puchased and seller closed account. I contact ioffer they did nothing to help me.     I been shopping on ioffer for the pass year and all of a sudden with the last two purchase my visa keep declining.i tried another visa it decline as well.i call my bank they said the card is good can u fix this problem so i can continue to purchase from ioffer thank you

    The supplier of the wallet gave me a tracking number ( not trackable
    ) the delivery date was sometime btwn Sept-Oct1st, never received.
    The supplier for the sunglasses said" you will get soon" now another untraceable number stating it will arrive in November- ordered in September and supposedly arriving in November, not too likely.

    SCAM!! none of the items look the same as the one in the website. It takes 3 months to received them and last I got charges from my credit card and sellers mention that to choose a payment option unbelievable please if you did not order anything from them, please stay away SCAM

    Only just last night I orderd a pair of Nike shoes for $45. But today I got a notification saying that 2 pairs worth of shoes has been taken out of my account so another $45 for no reason. I just want to know how I am able to get that money put back in my account because I am not paying for 2 pairs!!

    Ioffer sucks!! I ordered a pair of size 13 nike shox, after about a month and a half I get a pair of shoes that are wrapped up in a bag and sealed with duck tape, not to mention they are size 12 which is a size too small! This is why amazon is the best, speedy delivery and everything I order arrive as they should!

    The price of the bag was 76.2 AED, but the deducted amount was 91.70 AED.

    I ordered shoes from this site early Oct my delivery date was the 12th Nov 2017 and they still haven't arrived I've messaged the company 4 times and got stupid robot reply that don't make sense and don't help they are useless the tracking number they gave me hasn't been updated in weeks so I'm pretty sure it's invalid not happy

    When I tried making a purchase I got a "timeout error" on the website. I assumed my order didn't go through because there was no "paid" notification. So I tried again the next day and the order went through. However, I ended up paying twice for the one item.
