I’m in room 117 the name Steven tillotson also my fiancé she was at Stacy Lowe and the man lady that’s up there now. Hasn’t been here for three weeks and said that she wasn’t on. It made me have to leave my 91 year-old mother and father by their self and drive all the way over here to let her in and still is telling us that we don’t have one of those rooms but two people she works with just two days ago and a week ago have recently received that room when we booked it and they’re struggling to barely pay and hang on and buy food because they keep telling us they don’t have it when that’s false advertisement when we book the rent for that price less than 30 minutes later came up here and paid for it and they don’t have it now and they never have it for us but other people I feel like it’s being racism and it’s not right. She was very rude unprofessional. It’s not a she is really a but I’m trying to be polite and inconsiderate. I had a pot pan on the stove cooking when I got up to the office and she wouldn’t let me in and made him drive all the way from the west side of Greenville to back over here and leave his parents. I wouldn’t have booked the room for that price if I could afford this room for this price I just feel like it’s discrimination. I’m on a fixed income. I’m retired had a stroke if I was still working, it’d be different, but I wouldn’t have booked a room for more than what I can pay for position. She should not be dealing with the public because she’s very unprofessional and does not have nothing about customer service and dealing with people the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Desired outcome: to be paying the price for the rate I booked and returned the money for what I’ve been having to pay extra because two other people I work with have received the same room and hadn’t even booked it

Yes, is there a number or someone that can contact one of us about getting the price of the rent that were booked and reserved for for the $339 a week

You paid for the room and made the booking, yet you were disregarded and treated like an unwelcome guest while others were smooth sailing. Frankly, that goes beyond terrible treatment; that is bias with a friendly welcome. “Due to company policy,” you were made to leave your old parents behind, and then run around because they were deceitful about their so-called policies. You are right; no one should be treated like that and expect to keep their job. You deserve more than that.
