Felipe, the handyman I assume, beat on my door at 10 at night waking me. Before I could get some clothes on and to the door, Felipe began to let himself in! I opened the door and he complained about cigarette butts on a/c unit. I work 60 hours a week and he woke me up, tried to come into my room over a non emergency situation! It was unacceptable, intrusive, and unprofessional of him! I filed a complaint and the response I received was unrelated to my complaint and just blew me off. The other residents often complained about Felipe.
Desired outcome: Fire Felipe or put him on a 2 week unpaid leave of absence so he might realize his power trip, harassment,and intrusive practices are wrong and unwanted

I used to stay there and there was a manager her name was Shawna and she worked at the lithia springs location she kicked a lot of people out cuz she was mad at the company trying to sue them she was very evil very spiteful I had to call the police on her for her harassment she also put me on the do not rent list which I don't understand why I'm trying to get taken off of the list she kicked me out because she heard someone said that I was going to fight her which was definitely a lie she never heard it from me I've never caused any problems I lived there for eight nine months no problem I loved it it was cool with me trying to figure out how to get back in and get off of that do not rent list cuz that's totally not cool and not fair she was an evil woman she harassed her [censored] rest everyone for no reason no good reason.
