willful misconduct and abuse of power and fraternizing
your manager and headhousekeeper are abusing their power toward other employees making employees do the work of others and the manager is allowing it and are not doing their job as manager and the house keeper is doing things against company policy and something needs to bedone before you loose good workers for the bad their needs to be change to the head housekeeper and manager or the guest will continue to check out at tremdous rate and the facility will have to close because the wrong people are working there. if the good workers get fired I will flie a lawsuite againsg the company to help those get restitution for bad management and believe me will happen

Horrible alert warning danger avoid!
I had the very GRAVE experience at staying at Sun Suites Extended Stay Hotels 4409 Hearst Street Metairie, LA ...I have stayed at that hotel 6 times in the past but Intown Suites bought it recently and hired a new manager. The hotel was advertised as having free WIFI but it doesn't have free WIFI you have to pay for it...it also doesn't have coffee, telephone, Ironing board iron or housekeeping...again all false advertising...but I booked it thinking I was going to get those items. So do most people. The real problem came the next day after I had stayed there one night and came back to my room to find the door propped open and nobody around anywhere...in fact...all the rooms on the third floor were propped open and this was about 1 PM in the afternoon...anyone could have stolen anything they wanted...I pushed my door open to look inside and then discovered that the door had been painted freshly blue! NO WET PAINT SIGN...NO WARNING...NOBODY AROUND! I went downstairs to the office to inquire of the manager and that's when the lies started...I even showed her the wet paint on my hands and she could have cared less..OH the rooms are being watched, they weren't, we notified everyone of painting, they didn't, I told the manager that this was totally unacceptable and that I was going to report her to Intown Suites and suggest they fire her for incompetence for leaving guest's room open and unguarded and for not notifying guests of maintenance that's when she really went off and said I have to leave the premises and I was like GREAT...get me out of this HE**HOLE...I went upstairs to get my things and she called the deputy as if I needed any help in leaving that dump and I think she did that to cover her own A$$! NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION, NO REGRETS FOR DOING WHAT SHE DID AND THEN FOR LYING ABOUT IT...Then she charged me 2 weeks costs and refunded me one week even though I only stayed there 1 day...that is THEFT! I have filed complaints against her and Intown Suites with the BBB and with as many travel websites as I could find! Intown Suites hires LIARS and one day someone is going to have their property stolen or they are going to get injured by your recklessness and then you are going to get sued for more $$$ then you have...That's my prediction for you as a hotel chain. As for me I will NEVER stay at ANY Intown Suites hotels ever again because of false advertising from you and lies from your employees...LIARS!

The company In Town Suites is real scam. They somehow received my personal info and started to take money from my account. I was shocked, when I noticed this crap. I searched about them in the Internet, but I found completely nothing. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. My wife and I recently had a baby girl. We are living at inn town suites here in louisville kentucky at the westport location. The location is not great but i can handle that. The room is liveable but not fancy. Thats fine. The maintenance on the other hand is absolutely terrible. In our kitchen area our stove light and fan does not work, the door to the room doesnt close unless you slam it. These are things we have brought up with the staff and they are fully aware of them but refuse to fix any of it. On top of that in the last 7 weeks we have been here they have actually cleaned our room once. Now, i understand that if there are personal possessions all over the place the cleaning staff should touch anything. However, i have personally re arranged the room after my daughter was born to make the most out of the space we have. the floor was uncluttered and there was plenty of room. the trash still was not taken out and then when they left they did not close the door leaving anyone free to come in and take whatever possessions of ours that they wanted. Theny when we got to the room and noticed that our door was open and neither of us had left it that way, we called the front desk to mention it. Not only did the lady say that she had a hard time believing that the door was left open (essentially calling us liars), she did so in a tone that was not necessary and with an attitude that seriously needs to be corrected. And it better be corrected fast.

The tenants seem to rule the roost!
My experience at intown suites hammond drive atlanta was the worst experience ever! Management seems to do nothing regarding issues.i stayed a month and didnt sleep more than 3 hrs tops a night. Noisy kids are allowed to stay up as long as they want with no repercussions was terrible...add bad pipes, key card entry broken & only 2 dryers work...and they have the ordacity to be remodeling the lobby! if im gonna stay in a ghetto im not gonna pay $289 a week for the privilege! dont fall for the area or outside appearance...what a ripoff!

I require at least to take out the garbage but didn't get that. We are here in San Antonio, Texas working for a week. Wednesday was the day the maid was to come in and change the bed sheets. We got back and nothing. The room had three duffle bags on the floor and the kitchen table is covered with art supplies. I called down to the desk clerk and he said the maid said the room was to untidy for her to clean. Hahahahahaha! Never knew I had to clean my room for the maid! Love it! This is a truly low class place! They said we had personal items in the room so they couldn't clean cause they are not allowed to touch personal items. Hahahahaah! Never heard of such a thing. Arrogant employees, very un-carrying and accusatory toward me concerning a reservation I made on the 24th of July. I called their local number in Greenville, SC, I spoke to a woman at 6:17 pm and made a reservation for the upcoming week. A woman told me that she had available rooms and asked me if I would like a king size bed. I made an effort to find someone higher up in management to address the lies that I was given.
I spoke to someone Brian Smith, brian.smith AT intownsuites.com. He claimed to be in the corporate office, in Atlanta, but he was calling from an 864 area code, which happens to be in Greenville, SC. I called one of the phone numbers that 'Brian' called me from and it was someone in the Greenville location.
DO NOT Ever stay at one of these locations nationwide, there is something very shady about In Town Suites.

We have attempted to contact this guest numerous times to address his complaint. His concern stems from the fact that he believes he reserved a room with a king bed, but was given a room with a twin bed.
The InTown Suites where he reserved his room does not have any rooms with King beds, so no such reservation could have been made. Further, the guest was shown the room and given an opportunity to inspect it prior to checking in. He chose to accept the room with the twin bed and stayed five nights.
While we regret that he believes he was treated rudely, we do not believe any refund or compensation is warranted.
Rip off
This complaint is about the InTownSuites in Tamarac/Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at 8191 West Commercial Blvd. If having an internet connection while staying a week or more at a “hotel” is important to you, do not stay here! If you are someone that uses the internet regularly for things like streaming music, YouTube, iTunes purchases and downloads, or anything that basically can be considered a “data transfer” you will be arbitrarily shut down and your internet connection will not be restored!
Though you are “paying” for a “high-speed” connection, this is a dog-slow 1.5 MB connection for the entire hotel of well over 200 rooms! The normal, residential ComCast cable connection per household is 8 MB, so this is a terribly slow and lousy means of connection for a couple hundred rooms.
Another bad joke about this so-called “hotel” is the fact that you must supply your own Ethernet cable in order to connect to this very slow connection. How many people in 2009 carry an Ethernet cable with them for their laptops!?!? Yes, in 2001, most all people did, but for the last five years all laptops have WiFi and most people have never used an Ethernet cable to connect their present laptop! So you have to run down a cable at a local store, rather than them loaning these out. That *** a big one!
If they realize that you are actually trying to use this very obsolete connection, then they will shut you off and you will not have it turned back on!
I must do work on the net, as well as get most all my news and entertainment from the net and these jokers turned off my internet connection the last four days I was there for a week’s stay!
Therefore I have to say that I have been ripped off by this lousy so-called “hotel” and I have to warn you all about this!

4:40pm Intown Suites ANNOYANCE: June 15 2023 Someone next to me in room 141 is going in and out of the door every 3-5 minutes everyday for the last two weeks! I have a list of when the annoyance started! It started today again at 3:30, 3:34, 3:37, 3:42, 3:44, 3:46, 3:49, 3:52, 3:54, 4:25, 4:27, 4:33. Tired of documenting! Please help!
They put a hold on a $500.07 and I couldn't get it worked out so I paid with cash by the day for over a week loosing money. Considering that was almost all I had to feed my family it's been a tuff week. And I really need that cash returned. My checking shows it as a withdrawal. This all took place on 08/17.
It began on July the 8ththru July 11, we had to buy a bucket to fill the bucket with water and flush the toliet that was a incovience for us, the property manager sent an email for us for a renversement for the problem i called her and there hasnt been any response back.
There should be an after hours customer service line available for this company. I'm out of town for the holiday, trying to pay my rent online which is due TOMORROW, and the office is closed with no to talk with about this matter. Totally ridiculous. Very inconvenient.
How can a place be rented out that is so dirty. The rugs were wet. All the furniture was broken. The place is like a slum. People in parking lot smoking weed. The place is totally rundown. My grandchild who is disabled and crawls got wet and super dirty. I had to buy cleaning supplies and frebrezz. Everything was broken and unusable.
Both my husband and I have went to the office and talked to the manager and the lady working in the office about our microwave going out, we keep getting the run around by them saying it will be in the room the next day which never happens. This has been on going since Tuesday September 4, 2018.

In town suites from management to house "keeping" BARGE in to your room AT WILL stating it's for "checking" your smoke detector, TV, safety (inspection) etc,etc,etc. Is there NO LAWS against this? I KNOW this is "private" property, but do "guests" have NO RIGHTS to privacy? There are Phones IN the rooms, could they NOT call and Simply ASK if the TV is working OR call to say that they need to do a "safety" inspection? The fact that they BARGE in when you SAY "just a minute" and CLAIM that they didn't Hear you SAY "just a minute" giving NO time to even get UP TO answer the door BEFORE BARGING IN. I know of a few GUESTS that are speaking to a lawyer about a class action suit and can't say I blame them. Something NEEDS to be done to give "GUESTS" THEIR RIGHTS BACK.
