IHOP review: Bad services

My friend and im when for breakfast to the IHOP located 1225 Truman St San Fernando CA 91340 we been there many times and always I find the place too poorly manage to noozy too many children nothing wrong but should be a section for family whit children no bothering older people looking for a nice breakfast we where sit at believe at table 22 and the services was given by Berenice s we have to wait and wait I notice one think that she was helping new costumers and forgot the ones already waiting for services finally she ask a we whant my friend order a colorado omelette and I order sirloin tips whit pancakes , she bring the wrong order to my friend and I finish my sirloin and eggs but the pancakes never arrived to the table this happened Nov 03 2026 I will never go back to this place and I reminder to the CEO of this restaurant that costumers services make it people to comeback if you fail to do that you going to end that lake it JC Penny Sears Robinson May Montgomery war and many other lake it them.
