InkedShop's Disappointing Service: Out of Stock Item and Delayed Communication
So, I was looking for a new bikini bottom for a beach party that I'm going to this Saturday. I stumbled upon InkedShop's website and found a really cute "Skipper" Bikini Bottom by Fables by Barrie (Black). I placed my order on Sunday, a week before the party, and chose express mail to make sure it would arrive on time. However, I was disappointed when it took them 2 days to email me back. And to make matters worse, they told me that the bikini bottom was out of stock! I paid over $50 for it, and now I have to wait 3-4 business days for a refund. If only they had updated their website to show what was actually in stock, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. Now I only have 3 days left to find another bikini bottom, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it in time. It's frustrating that InkedShop's lack of organization and communication has caused me so much trouble.
Terrible Website and Customer Service: My Experience with Late Deliveries and No Response
This website ain't good, and their customer service ain't no better. I remember last year, around Christmas time, I ordered a magazine subscription from them with a free t-shirt. But guess what? That subscription was 5 months late and almost one year later, still no t-shirt. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but they ain't responding to my e-mails or voice mails. And this ain't the only time this has happened. I've ordered clothes for myself, paid for it right away, and then one month later, still no clothes. When I finally send them an e-mail, they re-send the clothes and charge me AGAIN! And I still ain't received it the first time around. I reckon it's better to try and find their stuff on eBay or Posh Mark. That's what I've been doing.

Terrible Experience: Shop Failed to Deliver Item and Poor Customer Service
This shop was a real disappointment. I was waiting for my item for three whole months and still haven't received it. The customer service was not up to par, it took them a while to respond to my emails and when they did, it was just a standard copy and paste message. To make matters worse, I was passed around to different people during the correspondence.
The tracking number for my package stopped updating just one day after it was shipped and both USPS and Australia Post were unable to trace it. The shipping insurance was a complete joke and I had to fight tooth and nail to get my refund through a PayPal dispute. I had to explain the situation to customer support for the third time before they finally agreed to give me my money back.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and I will never buy from them again. I really wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase.
Terrible Customer Service at InkedShop - Beware!
I had a really bad experience with InkedShop. Their customer service is just terrible. I don't even know how they're still in business. I accidentally ordered a small shirt for my girlfriend, so I immediately emailed customer service to ask if they could send a medium instead. I got a reply from someone named Arielle, but it was clear that she wasn't very educated. All she said was "Ill see what i can do" and "i will contact the warehouse". I waited for 5 days without any answer or shipment confirmation, so I emailed them again. I asked if they had sent out the medium yet, and I got a reply that said "I told the warehouse to send a large, if they did or didn't I don't know".
A LARGE shirt? Where did that even come from? It was clear that they weren't even paying attention to my request. And to make matters worse, no one ever answers the phones.
I would definitely not recommend InkedShop to anyone. Buyers beware!
InkedShop Review: Poor Customer Service, But Manager Steps Up to Fix It
InkedShop, man, they're all about the sales, you know? They don't give a hoot about customer service. I mean, all the other places I shopped at for Christmas gifts, they're letting people return stuff from November 1st all the way to January 31st. But not Inked, no way. They only give you 30 days to return stuff, even if it was a Christmas gift. That's just not cool, you know? Their customer service is just not up to snuff.
But, get this, after I wrote that review, the Store Manager reached out to me by email and phone. He apologized and said he'd take care of my refund. I gotta say, I'm impressed. It's good to know that there are still some people out there who care, you know? Social media can be a real pain sometimes, but it's nice to see that it can also be a force for good.

This company ain't the best, if you ask me. We bought a shirt from them, but it didn't fit right. So, we reached out to them to see if we could exchange it for a better size.
At first, we got an email that looked like it was written by a robot. It just explained their return and exchange policy. But we wanted to talk to a real person, so we emailed them again. Finally, we got a response from a human being who said it wouldn't be a problem to exchange the shirt.
We sent the shirt back and waited for our new one to arrive. But instead, we got the same package back in the mail with a note saying it was refused. What the heck?
We emailed them AGAIN to ask why they sent it back when they said they'd take it. And you know what they said? They said they didn't know who would do that and apologized for the confusion. That's it. No offer to help us out any further.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from them. It's just not worth the hassle.

I put in my order for some cool stuff from InkedShop on April 12, 2015, but it's been a hot minute and I still haven't gotten my hands on my new gear. InkedShop Review: Decent Quality, Slow Shipping, Good Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from InkedShop and got myself two pairs of sweat pants with matching hoodies. I was excited to receive my order and was happy to see that a shipping label was created the day after I placed my order. However, the label remained unchanged for two weeks, and I started to get worried.
I decided to contact customer support via email, and they were quick to respond. They informed me that two of the items were on back order and would be shipped later. I was relieved to hear that my order was still being processed, but I was also a bit disappointed that I wouldn't be receiving all of my items at once.
A few days later, I received three out of the four items I ordered. I was happy to have received most of my order, but I was still missing one item. I contacted customer support again, and they informed me that the missing item was still on back order. However, to my surprise, the item showed up just two days later.
When I received my items, I was pleased with the quality. The sweatpants and hoodies seemed to be made of decent material, but on the first day of wearing the sweatpants, I noticed that they started coming apart at the seam. It wasn't a big deal, though, as I was able to fix it with a little hand stitching.
Overall, I would say that the quality of the items I received from InkedShop was decent, but not the best. The shipping was also quite slow, but I was happy with the customer service I received. They were quick to respond to my emails and were able to get my items to me, even if it took a bit longer than expected.
read return policy-or just buy somewhere else
Items were shipped without wrapping and arrived broken. One item is not returnable and the other is not worth shipping back. I received a tracking number the same day the order was placed, but every time I looked it up, it showed it was still waiting to be picked up and the location was less than 30 miles from where I live. 10 days later it arrived - broken.

I placed and received my order just fine, unfortunately I needed the next size up. So I emailed the Customer Service email, and got a reply that I had to pay for my own return but that if I put my order number and what I needed to be done, they would take care of it. So ok, not horrible, I can print up my own label. I shipped the return/exchange and it arrived to their Returns Center on 2/13/17. I waited until 2/20/17 to make contact because I had not received a new tracking number or even confirmation that the product had shipped out, I left 3 voice messages, once on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd and I had sent 2 emails out on the 20th and the 21st. Not a single response. Finally, I reached out to their Facebook page, seeing it said they 'typically reply instantly' I thought 'awesome, we can get this taken care of'. I did get in contact with someone through Facebook who issued me a refund of my first order in the form of a gift card so I could replace my order, however, going to the next size up, the price went up, and would leave me paying for shipping, yet again. So I explained the situation to them, and kindly asked if I could get shipping reimbursed as well for this second transaction, from then on, they had read the messages, but not responded to anything. As sad as it makes me to say this, I most likely will never order from them again.
Wrong product shipped and no customer service
Ordered a ring in November and received the wrong one! I have emailed customer service multiple times and left messages on their Facebook page and haven't heard a word from them.
Really angry because it was a Christmas gift and not cheap, now I'm stuck with the wrong product and no idea whether I'll ever get what I actually paid for! Avoid Inked Shop at all costs!

Purchased a cool bag from this website www.inkedshop.com. It was a birthday present for my girlfriend. My order was placed back in August and birthday was in September. Bag never arrived and it is now mid November. I think that I'll receive it and the worst part here is that I can't get my money back. They claim they shipped the bag and that I did receive it. They said that if I want a refund I need to ship it back. No bag - no refund. Avoid!
Never received my order and bad customer service
I would give a 0 stars reveiw if it was an option. I purchased 2 tops from the InkedShop website on 3 September. With shipping the cost was $66.84.The one top was last tracked in Chicago on 18 September and the other in Miami on 13 September. It is now 5 October and still no sign of the tops. The first time I contacted the InkedShop customer services querying the order they told me to go directly to USPS but I only got automated answering services which told me that my tracking number didn't exist. I have since contacted Scott at InkedShop Customer services 3 more times asking for assistance but he has not bothered to so much as respond. I live in South Africa so it's difficult for me to make many phonecalls chasing the tops. I would think that a small effort would be made by this vendor to help ensure I receive the goods I paid a lot of money for
I got only fake tracking number and no idea how to return money back
OMG. People, stay away from the company www.inkedshop.com. I placed large order on the website and spent more than $300. After that the seller provided fake tracking number, and all problems began. I checked the tracking number, but it showed nothing. After that I tried to reach the seller, but this jerk ignored me. I bought hoodie from the company www.inkedshop.com. After these ### got my money, they stopped to provide any precise info about the order and I heard only blah-blah and stupid promises. I was really angry and wanted to get money from them, but it was impossible, ‘coz the seller continued to advise me to wait more. They haven't provided free T-shirt and I heard a lot of fake promises
The website www.inkedshop.com is total scam, so be aware and better don’t subscribe for them. I ordered magazine subscription and free T-shirt from them. After 3 months I still haven’t received the T-shirt. I called them and left messages, but they only promised and blah-blah, but in result my subscription ended, but I haven’t received this free T-shirt and they continued to promise something. Stay away from them and share this info in order to warn other people.

I ordered black woman hoodie from the website www.inkedshop.com. I received red hoodie and the size wasn’t mine. I sent multiple emails to the seller, but he refused to change it, because as the seller stated it was only my fault. Bu I placed the correct order. I won’t recommend this website, because you will lose money and receive useless clothes. No problem with delivery received my order promptly
I bought hat and shirt from the website www.inkedshop.com. I haven’t received any confirmation email or any other info. I waited couple of days, but the seller provided nothing. Ok, I contacted the customer services and they announced that they couldn’t find my order. They instantly charged my account, when I placed the order, but now they couldn’t find my clothes. WTF?
