Reasonable prices. Average quality product. WATCH OUT FOR FINE PRINT

Deluxe Boule Bocce 8 Alloy ball set with Wooden Case x 1, was purchased on 3/12/2021 the understanding these were brand new. I received my order [protected] on the 7/12/2021. I opened the box as soon as I received them only to find out each 8 balls were extremely tarnished definitely not new. Straight away I took photos and emailed Factory Fast and requested a brand new shiny set to be sent. They requested a number from the back of the carton, unfortunately I placed it in the bin and it went out that night. They offered me 50% refund. I said no thanks I would like a brand new shiny set before Christmas. I received an email saying my refund had been processed. This is not what I requested. Every email says I will receive a response in 24-48 hrs. Mean while every 24-48 hrs go bye means it's less likely I will receive exactly what I ordered before Christmas. Customer service is appalling with Factory Fast

I received a faulty showerscreen which I purchased for about $500.
The company refuses to issue a refund or provide a replacement.
Even though I attached images and details, I was left with a loss of $500 for the product and an additional $150 for the professional installers.
The 900x900 showerscreen was actually 890x890 and did not fit the setup. The company responded it will be 900x900 after installation, however I have engaged professional installers which stated that is not correct.

Ordered a shower screen 15 June. 25 June received 2/3 boxes. Last box never arrived.
Had to scream for anyone in the office to do anything for me. Replacement parts sent 1 July but not express which would have reached me overnight. Now 6 July. Nothing arrived. I have no shower. I want a refund so I can buy another one locally. Tradesman very unhappy.
Customer service is completely ignoring me now.
Pay more but don't buy from these guys. Not worth it.

I will never purchase from this company again. Should have read other reviews first. Purchased a $76 floor lamp (over $100 with postage). Kmart quality is much better. This lamp's shade will not fit correctly as it doesn't have the supposed Velcro strips on to secure it in place and is very poorly stitched together. Have contacted company about this numerous times but still no updates from them. Have phoned them twice, they have promised to call back same day and yet no call.
