I went to the drop off window and stood for several minutes (only one there), another gentleman came up to the pickup window and was served immediately. The pharmacist (Kimberly), shouted hatefully from back in the pharmacy "do you have something to drop off?" I said "yes". She repeated the question. I said yes again. Still from behind a counter back in the pharmacy she said "well do you Yale something to drop off" hatefully. I said yes and held my prescription up to the window ( which turned out to be plexiglass hanging on wire. I was getting a bit upset by then and turned to my wife and said "why would I be standing at this ¥#*< drop off window if I wasn't dropping off something. Then Kimberly rushed to the windo from the depths of the pharmacy, grabbed my prescription, told me she was tired of me and threw the prescription back at me. I found the manager and told him. He talked to Kimberly and said he could not make her fill
My prescription.
Desired outcome: This band of good ole girls who whisper to each when I walk up and are rude to me for no apparent reason to be split up to different stores. Also, that I get the same friendly service at the pharmacy that I get in the store.
