Poor management
1. No interview process
2. No onboarding process
3. No good communication
4. No scheduling process as in meal breaks, my son would not get a meal break in an 8hr shift until the 6th or 7th hour while some got there’s in 2hrs of working. Working too many hours as a high school student and too late on school days
5. No water breaks, never allow to drink except on meals breaks
6. Management getting involved in high school relationships when it did not effect work.
Desired outcome: Management improves and schedule legally and fairly, give my son an apology as he was a hard worker
I would tell management either they adjust his hours or you’ll make him quit.
I would tell management that they either adjust your son’s hours or he doesn’t come back!
