I came to your store on 3/13/21, I purchased I would say $30.00 in gas, I dropped my card I then called the store they were able to transfer me to Ingles gas station. The lady that I spoke with told me that she would hide my card because I live a very far distance and I didn't want to drive back that far.
3/15/21 I called the store and the customer service manager said he would walk to the gas station and look to see if he could find it. He said sorry it's not here with a very, very nonchalant attitude and was very rude to me. I ask him if it was a way to contact the employee that worked on 3/13/21 he stated now and was really nasty about it. I made it very clear to him that I traveled a very long distance that I didn't want to drive that far again if he could contact the lady to ask where did she put it. He was just rude told me to come inside the store. Why didn't he look for it while I was on the phone with him while he was inside your store? I have been shopping at Ingles for more than 20 plus years, I have spent a lot of money in your store for a manager to be that rude to me. I will never step foot back into an Ingles store as long as god give me breathe!
I could have spoken with other managers but I was a manager for 11 years and when everybody work together and are friends it really doesn't do any good. I'd rather speak with someone outside the store…
