Infinix Mobility review: Device lock problem

i have bought two infinix note 10 mobiles 2 years ago. everything is working very good in both cell phones. but a few days ago in one cell phone i face a problem with its finger print lock.

and now there is no fingerprint option in its lock system and its fingerprint sensor is not working. i think may be I don't update its system That's why it is happening but after updating all system settings there is no option and i am facing the same problem with no fingerprint lock. Today my second phone note 10 also showing this problem with no fingerprint lock or no option about finger print

My both phones are not able to fix a fingerprint lock and i cant see fingerprint option in security/lock system.if there is any solution of this problem ? Kindly guide me about it.in documents i have display screenshot about security of my phone where you can see there is no option of fingerprint.

Now i am requested to you if there is any solution kindly guide me about it.because i am facing problem and there is no privacy in my cell phone.Except it everything is very good about infinixnote10.
