Riverstone premium rum blend
I have been smoking Riverstone premium rum blend for 2 years and have been very happy, lately over the past few months the product has deteriated to the point of I am rolling what seams to be floor cleaning and no hint of rum rub and a lot of branches, please pick up the pace and improve your product, for me to pay $50 for 25 grams I would like to at least enjoy the taste and smell the aroma of a well presented product, the taste of floor scraping is very disheartening regards Peter

Riverstone rum blend tobacco 15g
I recently purchased a packet of Riverstone rum blend 15g on the 18th of February 2021 when i opened it i had found a 2 gram tar ball inside with tobacco maybe some tar balls clink too tobacco during manufacturing i don't mind the rare twigs here and there but this is different could yous please resolve this matter or reimbursement of tobacco would be good thank you.

Parker and simpson Blue 40's carton
My wife and I have been buying Parker and Simpson Blue cigarettes by the carton for a couple of years now and we spend over $700 a fortnight.
We have had problems with the last 4 cartons or so. Ocasinally we will light one up and no matter how hard you draw on it you are not getting any smoke from it! Almost like smoking a 1mg cigarette! Also we are getting them with hard tobacco poking through the paper! We have also been getting them with big pieces like bark in them, when they burn they smell awful! This is not good enough when we are spending an absolute fortune to buy them. I am attaching photos of the last carton serial number and a picture of the hard tobacco poking through the paper. riverstone tobacco 25g
I enjoy the above product which I changed to from filtered cigarettes in december 2020. But am now finding many large lumps of residue. unsure as what it is. can you please reply and let me know as to what it is. I have collected just in 7 weeks lumps of ? 4 grams in weight.

Jps silver + firm touch filter
Every packet of jps silver since it changed to firm touch filter (over 10 packet) is snapped or has holes in the cigarette where the numbers printed on them is been over pressed. And at least 5 cigarettes out of a packet has bark in the tobacco and doesn't burn properly. This is not acceptable, they are costing around $40 a packet now and they are all defects.

Champion Ruby
I am a loyal consumer of Champion Ruby for many years. Lately I have been finding black chunks of gunk in my packets of tobacco. The last 5 packets have had them and i'm not happy at all. I'm paying a fortune now for these packets and I don't appreciate what is happening here. You can't smoke it. You just have to throw it away and I've paid for that!
I'd like to be reimbursed or replaced please or I may consider further action. Not impressed at all.

Hello 👋there and good day 🙏me and my family have been loyal customers of you since my nan smoked 60 a day back from war days to anyway it's happened a good few times now to when we go to light up ☝ noticed a massive leaf like tree bark I know it probably was tobacco but as long as a sheet of rizla won't burn 🔥 so have to throw away also the holes as sharp peaces stick out so again no good as big bark in 3packs out of the 200 bought from a Tesco store n then again at local shop I wouldn't mind if only me and now n again to but my elderly mother can't afford or get out to purchase more just letting you know as we are all considering switching between brands after all these years to as don't feel valued at all as just between me and my mother we share 200 every few days and can't afford to waste anymore so sorry 🙏yours sincerely Mr Dowell🙏

25g white ox packet
Hi I buy at least 3- 4 packets of white ox 25g a week at 60$ each, and I've noticed that there feeling quite small in the bag so I decided to weigh won out of the bag now the first 1 I weighed was under 25g, so I thought it was a 1 off well the next 1 I decided to weight well it was also underweight wat the hell is going on people are paying 60$ a packet and not getting wat they paid for

I found this in my 25 grn pouch of parker and simpson pouch.it weighs .25gm...its wasted money and should this even be in the pouch
Champion ruby ryo 50gram
I purchased the 50 gm pouch of tobacco in Nundle, NSW Australia on Monday 26th January 2020. I found little clumps of black stuff in it. It's soft and squishy like mouse poop or something? I smoke Champion Ruby because it's supposed to be the best and I'm disgusted. It wasn't just a small amount either. I have attached a photo and have kept the foreign matter and will post it as evidence.

White ox superior blend 50g tobacco
I have been buying white ox for a while now and have never had an issue.. Today (2/2/2021) I went and brought a 50g pouch from bp 5642 in condobolin only to open the packaging and tobacco to find that it was extremely dry and hard as if it had be left open in the sun all day.
I buy white ox because it is the freshest tobacco going. Its stays fresh and never drys out unlike other tobaccos that start to dry out a day after opening them.
I would really appreciate a new 50g pouch of white ox, a refund would be accepted if pouch cannot be issued.

White ox tobacco
I recently purchased a 25 gr pouch of white ox and immediately noticed there was no usual distinctive smell from the tobacco and that the tobacco was bone dry and crumbled as I tried to roll. The tobacco was almost like a brick as I took it from the pouch and broke into chunks which was very unusual for this tobacco. This is my first experience with white ox after many years as a loyal consumer.

Champion RYO Tobacco
You currently have 2 versions available. 1 is Nz import and the other is from the Netherlands.
The Netherlands product is barely smokeable. It is full of unprocessed tobacco, bark and tastes like chemicals. The packaging is also inferior, tape does not hold and does not keep tobacco fresh.
I have been smoking this brand for over 20 years and am very disappointed. The cost has increased incredibly and the quality has declined significantly.
My local tobacconist encouraged me to contact you as he has had similar complaints.

Totally agree Lisa! The Netherlands version is crap...Not fitting to hold the Ruby name. The factory that made the proper Ruby in NZ has closed apparently. What we are left with is this crappy version.
Its like the new coke...same name, completely different...
Parker and Simpson blue 25’s
I see someone has written a complaint pretty much the same as what I'm about to say I've purchased a packet of Parker and Simpson 25 blues and some of the smokes are damaged around the filter I can't smoke them the paper is weird around the filter... I can also provide photos

25g pouch jps red
Complaint being made on Friday 22 January 2021 in regard to most recent purchase made of JPS 25g pouch which has small pieces of blue/black fluff/cotton compressed into and throughout the tobacco. Every smoke rolled consists of this which is very distasteful. I have contacted the ombudsmen as to what approach needs to be taken, I have been made aware to start here with a complaint before raising the issue any further
Desired outcome: Company to issue out a replacement pouch and complimentary pack of tailormade horizen reds in biggest pack for the inconvenience please.

White ox 50g
The last few times I have bought my smokes it has had a lot of long strands of bark useally it's ok but this is just way to much I buy 50g every 2 days and I'm not happy about the ones I have been buying I went to a different shop to get them last time and still it had a lot of bark it's a lot of money I'm spending to only get 1 day out of the 50g packet where useally it would last 2 to 3 days
I would like other my money back or given more of my smokes as it’s not fair when it’s full of bark you can’t smoke bark

Champion ruby tobacco 25g pack
Over the last six weeks the pouches of 25g champion ruby tobacco that I have purchased for my husband have had a fair bit of bark in them (six pouches in total - one pouch per week). I am not happy paying for 25g when some of it is bark that my husband throws away. I would be keen for this to be rectified if possible. Please let me know if a picture is necessary.

I really enjoy this product. Usually.
I have half left in the pouch I currently have, and have started to find what looks like rat feces.
I pay decent money for this product and am not going to be touching the rest of the pouch. It will be going in the bin.
I really feel physically sick, knowing I was smoking out of that. I'm fine with the occasional bit of bark/chip, but that's too much for me.
