Imperial Tobacco Australia - White ox tobacco

Every pouch that I have purchased in the last 12 months is full of stalk and bark not just little pieces large chunks. The tape on the pouch only ever lasts for a day or two so my tobacco is always drying out and is no longer desirable. I have been smoking this product for years now but this problem is getting worse. With the prices rising constantly and the quality decreasing I feel something needs to be done. Photo attached is from one 25g pouch

Imperial Tobacco Australia - Unhappy tobacco purchase

I have been a satisfied white ox smoker for over 15 years now and lately have noticed I'm getting a lot of bark in my pouches. I also purchased a small packet 25 gram today and am extremely upset to find that the entire packet is dried out and all crumbs. I will send through a picture to show you what I just purchased.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated and if possible I would like to exchange my resent packet for a fresh one please. Thank you

Yes sir! Had the same problem yesterday i ended up throwing the pack out as i wasn't aware of this site. But my packet was exactly like yours there dry and harsh to smoke. Not good when we pay so much for a pouch.

Imperial Tobacco Australia - White sox 50 and 25 gram premium tobacco

Hi I have been a long time customer, and have been buying imperial tobacco white ox superior dark blend tobacco for many years. I have had a couple of issues with quality and weight of there pouches during that time, which have been worked out between the company and I. Most recently I had a couple pouches replaced which I was not happy at all.. I wish to send the parts of those pouches that were non smokable and way below standards and wish to tell there quality assurance team that they have too lift there game a bit.. I will contacting them and sending said item back and require a quick replacement please.

Imperial Tobacco Australia - White ox 50g and 25g tobacco

Hi my name is nick zambakides and I have being smoking white ox for many years. Have had problems with the quality and quantity of tobacco supplyed by imperial tobacco australia in the past, which too a point was replaced. But again I find myself dissatisfied with the last 3 or 4 pouches of 50 and 25g tobacco with,
1st the quality and
2nd the quantity of tobacco in each pouch.
I wish too have first of all the pouches replaced and second the problem rectified asap... As I do like the brand of tobacco.. But with the lasted price rises in the product each. I am finding its starting not too be worth it... Please I wish to resolve this quickly so I may move on. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

Champion 2x 25 g packets both full of big pieces of bark making both packets unsmokeable this is simply not good enough .. for not only one packet but 2 I'm terribly displeased with the product and can't believe it could have left the factory and packaged to be sold in this condition... please wanting a refund or replacement of both packets and resolved immediately or I'm going to be pursuing it through an ombudsman.. . Imperial Tobacco Australia - White ox superior dark blend

i have been buying your product for over 2 years now and it has always been a high quality product until recently.

About 2 months ago i have noticed the quality in this product change dramatically. It is ever so slightly lighter in color but my biggest complaint is in the flavor and after taste but most importantly the strength of the tabacco.

It is no longer the Superior Dark Blend that i know and love and therefore no longer enjoy the product as i once did. I want it to be as it was and as i believe it should be.

I would appreciate it if someone could please get back to me regarding my concerns.

Imperial Tobacco Australia - Horizon blue 25g pouch of tobacco

A 7cm piece of bark was found in my pouch. I have attached photos of this.

Todays date: 8 April 2020

I would like you to be aware of the issue with this batch as this is a rather large chunk and i had similar smaller chunks in my previous pouch.

It concerns me that we are paying for a specific weight of tobacco and not receiving this weight from your company due to these additions.

Imperial Tobacco Australia - JPS blue crush balls

Opened a packet of cigarettes to find a cigarette with holes in the paper and the end was missing a big chunk also the filter end of the cigarette had a hole making it impossible to smoke. I've never had a problem with this brand but this is disappointing. Considering we are in the midst of a global pandemic I am reluctant to leave my house and purchase more. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Imperial Tobacco Australia - Tally-ho 5 pack and champion legendary ruby 50g pouch

Tally-ho keep unsticking wasting most of the woody packet 50g packet, I have since change brands and will not have purchase product that have you logo any more as it has really upset me.
As expensive as your product is it should be to the up most quality and there should be a standard, I have watched your product slip as the new plan packaging come in.

As for the packet of ruby, it was dry and had a lot of stick that must have damaged the packaging. I have since changed my brand of RYO tobacco and changed to the least expensive Rollies papers and found that the quality was better than tallyho. Makers blend is the RYO tobacco brand that I smoke now.

I must say I did try a 25g pouch of JPS red, but again was disappointed with the amount of tobacco sticks were in it. The quality of my new tobacco perfect and a lot cheaper than your product, I don't really care if you take this on to account but just thought I would let you know

As I read on to your complaints and the resolving of them it say that the majority of them you have try to contact the customer.

As a big company shame on you, I am glad I don’t buy your product anymore and even if you were to reimburse or replace the product that I brought from your company wouldn’t make up for the inconvenience that it has had on me. I pay for quality and didn’t receive it and no matter what it is about principle with me, consumers affairs should investigate your company, which in the foreseeable future I hope that do.

Hi I have been a white ox smoker for many years and I have recently purchased a pouch which has alot more than usual larger pieces of bark in it which makes it much harder to roll and picking through the pieces I lost almost half my pouch, with tobacco prices as high as they are this is really devastating, I dont want to switch brands of tobacco as white ox is my favourite I would just like the issue recertified

Imperial Tobacco Australia - Parker & simpson - ryo blue 25g

I purchased a packet of Parker & Simpson- RYO Blue 25g and after opening I was disgusted to see large hard black matter which was a major concern. There was large pieces of what appeared to be foreign material mixed in to product content.

I have been a loyal consumer for more than 10 years and I have never come across anything like this before. To open the packet and see BLACK matter was shocking and I do not feel that it is safe.

I understand the health issues associated with smoking and that is my own choice but I cannot believe that what I received was processed properly or up to the company's regular standard.
