IKEAI am very disappointed with ikea!


I bought a dining set from Ikea and paid some extra money for home delivery. I was satisfied with almost everything but unfortunately delivery team was careless and they damaged one of my chairs. I contacted Ikea main office the same day and explained what had happened but there was no reaction. The person I spoke to said that they will check on my issue and contact me back later. Of course they never bothered to do that.
I went to our local Ikea store and told them that I wanted to get a replacement or a refund, but they said that they were not able to do anything. Store staff said that I had to contact their head office. As I already said - head office did not care. I am very disappointed with Ikea!
