So, I ordered these two "You had me at Woof" kitchen towels from IHeartDogs and they were super thin. Like, I could practically see through them. Not the quality I was expecting for $22.72, you know? So, I decided to return them and get my money back. The website said I would get my refund in 3 to 5 business days, but it's been longer than that and I'm still waiting. I mean, come on, I could have used that money to buy some actual decent towels. Hopefully, I'll get my refund soon, but I'm not holding my breath.

Yo, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with IHeartDogs. I ordered a shirt and they said it would take 10 to 14 days to get to me. On December 9th I received a package with some of the items I order from Iheartdogs.org and to my surprise, the supplement was missing (Happy, Healthy™ Allergy & Itch Relief for Dogs with Salmon Oil, Quercetin, Colostrum, Antioxidants and Probiotics — 90 Count - Small Dogs). Since them, I keep sending emails, leaving messages on the only phone I found and also via facebook. No email nor phone call back but credit card was charged.
Desired outcome: Response and to get the supplement I paid for

I ordered several items in August and they haven't arrived yet. You just can't imagine how many times I contacted them and told about my problem.
Each time I heard the same story and each time I was promised to get my items very soon. In fact, they never kept their words. I feel terrible, to be honest.
Yesterday I called again and asked for a refund. They refused. For no reason. I don't understand what's going on, why they have been treating me this way.
I have the right to get my money back, what's the matter then?

Bad quality
I do really love dogs and do anything to help homeless doggies.
But I prefer to spend my money on good-quality items, not what you shipped to me. I would be embarrassed to use it. How dare you to offer anything like this?

I hate to said this but honestly if you feel like giving or donate just to show that you try to be a good person and does really not coming from you heart then don't do it!, , Money is what you worried about it? who cares! you maybe have more to give to your own dog or pet, a small, medium, big blanket good or bad quality blanket is a gold for a shelter dog that don't have anything on life but just this small little room to live, so if you give you shouldn't wait to get anything back, give and feel great on your heart not on your pocket
