I sent an email after I received my previous order and asked to cancel my subscription. I sent it to [protected]@homelifemedia.com asking to please cancel my subscription for Allergy & Relief Chews. Being on a fixed income since retiring, I cna no longer afford spending the $83.71 for two canisters. I had been donating them to an animal rescue facility and can no longer continue to do so. I never recived a response and assumed my subscription was cancelled. Today I received a notification through PayPal that I was being billed another $83.71 and that a shipment was on its way. I am requesting a refunf of that amount and when the products arrives, I would like a RAN and a prepaid shipping label to do so. I'm sorry to have to do this but in today's society, I can't afford the expense. Please confirm my request and the cancellation of any further shipments.
