Bad costumer service and purchasing experience. I bought products on June 11th and never got my stuff or accurate tracking info. When I asked about it, they didn't have a clue and just passed me off. Total waste of time and a terrible consumer experience.

Ever since I began ordering from this company, my food has been, well, let's just say it's been a bit confusing. I don't quite understand why this company, Bully Max, can't seem to get their delivery system in order. I've been waiting for my product to arrive, but it hasn't shown up yet. Needless to say, I'm not too thrilled about it. I think I'll be asking for my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company. I mean, come on, it's a USA company, right? We expect better service and reliability. That's just how we do things here in the USA.

I've been ordering from this company for 'bout a year now, and for the second time, my dog ain't got his dog food 'cause my order ain't shipped out like it was 'sposed to. The first time it happened, they gave me free shipping, but now my dog gonna be without food for 2 weeks, and all they said was sorry. Ain't heard back from 'em since I sent my emails. I ain't gonna buy from this company no more. They don't care 'bout their customers, long as they get their money. I'm real disappointed.

My mom's dog lost a lot of weight for no reason. She went from 55lbs to 30lbs! The vet did all the tests but found nothing wrong. He said it might be because of her dog food. So we changed her to a raw food diet, which she liked. She got her energy back but gained weight very slowly. When we added bully max to her raw food, she gained weight quickly. We only give her half a cup a day with breakfast. We feed her 3 times a day. It's been a month and she's almost at her healthy weight! She didn't have any bad reaction to the food. I'm really happy with it. I think it's what my mom's dog needed to get back to normal!

My dogs love their food, but I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed with this company's ethics. I signed up for their Bully Max 80lb dog food and Bully Max Muscle Builder 60 day 60 tablet option on their website. But guess what? My first order came with a 30 day 30 tablet bottle of their *Bully Max Muscle Builder Vitamininstead. I reached out to customer service, and they did give me a coupon for a free 60 day 60 tablet Bully Max Muscle Builder, so that was cool. But then, my next shipment arrived, and it was two more 30 day 30 tablet bottles instead of the 60 day ones I ordered. Not a huge deal, I guess.

So I decided to chat with customer service about it, and they straight up told me that a 30 day bottle doesn't exist. Well, my wife throws away trash when it's needed, so I don't have any proof of the 30 day bottle, except for the fact that I saw it with my own eyes. Man, I wish I had a photo of that 30 day bottle to show them.

I ordered and paid for a subscription plan for certain products. One product (gorilla max) wasn't included as advertised. I have sent several emails and texts to the customer service number but they are very unresponsive and at the times there is a response a day or two later, it's not a reply from the same person, no answer or resolution is given just silence. This has been going on since April 2and when I was charged. Extremely frustrating and unfair

I’ve had a subscription for about 3 years now. I decided to give the gorilla max a try and was told I could go back to my normal subscription if need be. I asked to switch back cause of the price so they did. Sent me the wrong price but then fixed it didn’t say there was gonna be a problem. After I emailed to get food again, they sent a invoice that was wrong. I mentioned that and after weeks they told me yesterday they won’t fix it but I don’t get why. I’ve been paying the same thing for years and now without warning or an explanation they want to charge me $155 more.

I had a really bad experience with Bully Max. They keep sending me the wrong items and they don't even bother to respond to my emails and messages on their website. Their customer service is really terrible.

First, I ordered the miracle vet in a bottle, just like they advertised on their website. But guess what? They sent me the pouched one instead.

And then, I ordered the bully max nutrition plans, which were supposed to include gorilla max and a bottle of bully max with 60 tablets. But what did they send me? They sent me a huge bottle that's supposed to last for a whole year. That's not what I ordered at all! My customers had already pre-ordered the 60 tablets bottle.

I'm really disappointed with Bully Max. They need to get their act together and start providing better customer service.

On May 3rd, I got an email sayin' they took $130.95 from my card for my subscription. After four days, I emailed 'em askin' 'bout the trackin' number. They told me they ran outta stock for the thing they charged me for. 'Cause they ain't been communicatin' or carin' 'bout me as a customer, I demanded they cancel my current and future orders and give me all my money back. They said it would take 3 to 5 days, but I still ain't got my money back. I done sent 5 more emails tryin' to fix this mess before writin' this complaint.

On March 25th, I placed an order for dog food worth $89.00. I also filled out the information to send it to my son in Arlington, WA. However, I noticed that the apartment number was missing. I immediately informed the company and UPS about this issue. But days went by and I didn't receive any text, email, or chat from them. So, I started calling, texting, and emailing them, but still no response. I even tried reaching out to them on social media, but no luck. UPS wouldn't let me file a claim because I'm not the sender, and I couldn't get in touch with any human being at this business to resolve the problem. No one responded to my requests for them to call UPS or refund my money. It's really strange. The number I called just had a recording that abruptly ended after 3 minutes. All I want is for the company to act like a legitimate business and treat consumers with courtesy after taking their money. I have all the text messages on my phone showing that I received no response, not even a phone call.

I bought a bag of Bully Max dog food from their website on August 17. It cost me $139. I got it because their website says, "100% Money Back Guarantee - Try Bully Max for 30 days, risk-free. If you don't see results, we'll refund your order." So, I gave it a shot for 30 days. Unfortunately, my dogs didn't like the food at all. After the 30-day period, I emailed customer service to let them know that the product didn't work for me and asked for the promised refund. But all I got from Bully Max was, "We don't take back opened bags."

I been buying their dog food for a long time. I spent lots of money over the years. I always had problems with the orders, but I still kept the extra bags of dog food. One of my dogs died in 2019 and I stopped ordering for a while. Later, I moved to a new place and made a new account after a year. Somehow, an unauthorized order got placed with my old account and sent to my old address. I paid for everything. Bully Max canceled the order with UPS and they haven't been paying attention to my concerns. I think they should pay to ship the order from my old address to my new address because I paid for it and it went to the wrong place. I called, but the supervisors are in meetings. I emailed them with screenshots, but the few responses I got ignored my concerns and didn't address the issue. It's very unprofessional and I'm gonna find a new dog food brand to spend my money on.

I ordered Gorilla Max and Bully Max from the Bull Max website. I paid $73.53 USD through PayPal. Two weeks later, I received the products after paying £45.92 in import tax. I verified the products to let them know that I had received them. Unfortunately, my dog got sick after taking them. The vet said it's a common side effect, but it should improve over time. Now that the tablets and powder are finished, I have before and after pictures of my dog. However, there is no change in my dog's size, weight, or energy levels. I feel like I've been ripped off. I messaged the guy and got a response from someone named Brad. I explained my issue, but after his initial reply saying he was sorry to hear it and would look into it, I haven't heard anything back.
