One Fast Cat

I bought a cat wheel from this company. While putting it together, the parts cut my skin and made it bleed. The parts were also really stiff and gave me bruises on my fingers that lasted for days. I want to return the wheel because it's not working like they said it would. They do accept returns, but they want me to take it apart. It's not safe to do that because the parts are sharp and caused me harm when I was assembling it. The company won't give me a refund unless I take it apart. Customer service admitted that this isn't a normal product (see email screenshot), but they still won't give me my money back. They're not taking responsibility for sending me unsafe parts that caused me injury and bleeding.
