I luv Carson's critters, bought lotsa animals from Tracy. Got pet rats, lizards, even a hedgehog. Anythin' I need for my pets, I know I can find at Carson's Critters. Tracy goes all out to help customers find the perfect pet, like when I wanted a hedgehog. I totally recommend this store if ya want a perfect pet, and she's got all the supplies ya need too.?

I bought a puppy from this store that has aggression and guarding issues. I think the owner who sold him knew about his problem but still sold him to me. He has hurt my 5-year-old by biting her. Tracey wants him back without any charge and has accused me of animal abuse. She even threatened to spread false information about me being an animal abuser on the internet. That's not true at all. Everyone in my house has shown nothing but love to the puppy since he arrived, but he keeps snapping at my daughter.

On 1/7, I bought a Golden Retriever from Carson's Critters, even though I knew he had a Grade 3 heart murmur. The seller, Carson's Critters, told me about this condition before I bought the dog. I took him to 2 different vets in Gold Beach, Oregon, who said that the puppy actually has a really bad heart murmur, worse than Grade 3. I called Carson's Critters and talked to the seller, telling her about the puppy's condition. I asked if they could lower the price or pay for 50% of the vet visits for his heart condition, since it's worse than what they said. But she said no and offered to take the puppy back. But my family and I have already taken care of him and love him, so we don't want to give him back. She said the vet who saw the puppy said it was only Grade 3, but when I asked for the documents, she ignored me. I have documents from 2 different vets who say the puppy has a really bad heart murmur and probably won't live past 1 year. She even had a vet, Dr. ***, call her and tell her the same thing. The puppy is 14 weeks old now. I've been making payments on the puppy through EasyPay finance, which was set up for this purpose. Both doctors say I shouldn't have been charged for the puppy and he should have been adopted or fostered because of his condition.
