After 1 week of my 1st compliant engineer verify the machine there is a problem with Digital board it has to be changed & he is check for spare Board on front of me via his mobile, he reply to me spare board available in our office & he committed me the machine will ready by next day but there is no response for next 10 days from engineer after 10 days engineer changed the Digital board (New or Old – I don’t know) after that he told there is a problem with other board & that board also to be replace after that till today there is no response from your engineer & your customer care & your service high officials
**** I want permanent solution from your company for my machine pls do the needful immediately I don’t want any temporary solution your end plssssss *****
I am not happy for selecting IFB brand, don’t advertise you are No 1 washing machine & your customer care is not maintaining service complaint status of the customers on my 2nd compliant I asked what’s the status of my complaint they simply reply there is no update in our system & today I made a 3rd complaint on that time also they don’t have update regarding my machine, finally I spoke Mr.Shanker from Branch he told me check with local concern engineer they will call you but till now there is no response --- tell me then where can I know my machine status & when will rectify my problem
I want my machine to be rectify with in today or tomorrow otherwise
I need brand new machine from your company on behalf of selling bad quality of washing machine otherwise I am surely sue a case in consumer court (because already machine in junk condition & I already wasted Rs.28000/- I am ready to spend more Rs.5000/- & face the issue in court )

Bogus Service network with no support at all
I bought an IFB microwave oven that stopped functioning well within warranty. IFB did not respond till the end of warranty; every time we complained, only to have a number, and to realize later that their support desk closed the ticket without even attending the problem, with a comment that the problem was resolved! I have never seen such a fake service support for any product from any company I have so far.
It is currently lying as a junk and I am currently using another one from a different company without problem. I suggest everyone, who see this, not to buy any product from IFB, as they have nearly fake post-sales support.

I used to feel proud when I bought IFB Microwave oven Model no. 30SC . My tale of misery started when i got the AMC done by your Lucknow office. One fine day (sometimes 3 months back), I found that my Microwave Oven is not working and I lodged my complaint with your Customer care Center and your Staff came to my home and since then my Microwave has stopped working. I have lodged number of complaints and your none of the staff is able to set right the defect of my Oven. Now the situation is that no one comes to home to see my oven in spite of my various requests to your one Ms.Karishma also who is stationed at Lucknow.
I request you to kindly send some one who is technically competent to repair my oven or else, I request you to kindly refund my AMC amount which I paid to IFB .

Its been more than 22 days i have filed a complaint with ifbto repair my oven model number 30 sc2 n so far none of those idiots have turned up to repair it! In the last 22 days we have called more than 150 times and all the time we are being told it would be repaired sooonnnn! These guys are insane / mentally ###ed? Why do we have to call u people so many times! I have called store in charge store manager of ifb!1 everythng seems to be uselessss! My oven is not in working condition and inspite of repeated complaints no one has resolved it so far! I have registerd so many complaints so far! Are you guys gonna resolve it or no! Our previous complint was also closed without any resolution,. . . It is [protected]. . . Again we had to raise new complaint which is [protected]! Someone pls help and get our oven repaired!
I have a diferent and unique experiance with IFB product. I got Microwave Oven in aug, 2008. After just 3 months it stopped warming and after complaining it got fixed by replacing a fuse. Again after sometime it had the same problem and this time i had to go out of station for sometime and I planned to get it fixed after coming back. When i checked it again it worked fine. After some few months it stopped again warming, I lodged a complaint with service center and suggested them to get it fixed properly as the product was under warranty. they assuered me that the product is good and it needs fuse change. I insisted why is fuse getting worn out, there is some problem that is why fuse gets used up. They didn't listen to me and changed the fuse again.
This time again same thing happened and the product is 1 and half year old I don't use it heavily, just for warming the food that even sometimes. Warranty is expired this time. To my surprise when the customer service checked it, they told me of replacing some part worth Rs. 2000/=. I told them all story about this product why wasn't it replaced when under warranty, that time the problem was there and you were replacing fuses only. They aren't able to answer me.
If this is the problem with every IFB product then its OK I wil agree IFB products are like this. If not then why was defective product sold to me and not serviced when under warranty.
Please suggest what needs to be done.

I had got annual gift of IFB owen from company...which was not working so i have replaced it 3 times...still not working...I called up IFB customer care...they turned up and told will bring the part which is absent in it...didn't turn up. Again i reminded...Still not turned up. My warranty is about to finish now...worst service I have ever encountered.
I have still to find a service centre for my ifb neutron grill micro oven in my city in spite of running from pillar to post
I agree.. IFB has the worst customer care service. Our microwave has not been working since May 2008. We have been calling IFB almost every day since then but still no one came attend the problem. Every time we call, we were told that the previous complaint was closed.
Do not go for IFB products as it is waste of money and time.
I hope some one from IFB sees these messages and improve their customer care services.
Door switch is not working
I had purchased an IFB washing machine about 8 months back. I had taken an extended warranty for 2 more years. I made a complaint regarding my washing machine. The Door Switch is not working properly. Thus I am not able to work the machine. I complained many a times through phone and also contacted there service center very near to me (ie. about 100 meters). The Service Center is at Palarivattom, Kerala.

I purchased IFB ELINA DX washing mechine on 24.11.2008 at Kakinada, AP. At the time of purchased the above mechine dealer said 2+2 yeares warrenty but given in the book only 2 yeares warrenty, again I asked dealer about warrenty, he said service engineer will write on the book for another 2 yeares warrenty at the time of installation. Service engineer came to my house and installed above washing mechine and also written 2 yeares warrenty on that book without your company seal. How I will belive 2 yeares warrent without your companey seal that is why previously I mailed in November 2008. After mailed my massage your company service men responded through phone and he told me to send 2 yeares extended warrenty with in 15 days but up to this time there is no massage/letter from your company. But still I belived your company is one of the best company in washing mechines that is why don't missuse your name and please send extended warrenty to my address as earily as possible. No service exists ! IFB guys have no customer focus. They are not helping, nor concerned about any problem of yours.
Summary ( Observations )

1 ) The complains recorded in Call centre is NOT tracked for closure. In many cases the calls are closed without visiting the customer at all.

2 ) IFB has outsourced service to a company named ” Silicon India “. Thus IFB as a company does not want to show any ownership for your problems.

3 ) The ” Silicon India ” guys have no skills. Often after lot of followup / reminders even if they visit your home, will be without tools, without spares.
Will diagnose wrongly, open things one by one unnecessarily and will only try to change most costly parts.

4) The silicon India guys do not carry any identity cards. Once 2 guys came to my home in the evening DRUNK. I complained to Silicon India, IFB and TVSe Chennai.
No action or apology from any one was reported ever.

5 ) The Silicon India mechanics are more interested in ” personal business “. As soon as they see a customer without Annual maintenance contract, they will propose if they can try to solve the problem
” privately “.
The skill level is same, that is ZERO. And thus one by one will replace the Motor, cards, pump whatever and keep charging money. The sole aim is to take away all good parts and sell somewhere else, and put other old parts in the machine.

6 ) IFB has only 3 mechanics for remaining part of Karnataka. The IFB Bangalore Manager and Assistant Manager never could send those guys to my home even after several followups for my problems. The standing excuse is that these 3 guys are out of station. Even though they promise to inform me or call back, they never called back.

7 ) No training is provided to all these mechanics for new models such as Digital models.

8 ) The spare parts are very costly, not available in open market and thus IFB fleece the customer very badly.

It is hereby regret to inform you that I had purchase IFB Washing Machine 7 kg Digital from Sales Corner in the month of Feb’07 and typical problem has started after six month of purchase
I made complaints not less than 12 times but till date machine is diving same problem. Machine stops automatically before 20 minutes of time set of 2 hrs. Machine once again automatically starts after 30minutes and goes up to 2hrs. So total wash time become 4hrs instead of 2 hrs.
I had complains our vadodara service center, several of time Mr. Dinesh & Mr. Deepak Parmar from Vadodara Service center had check and change the circuit of machine but there is no solution, both are seating for 2 hours with machine but same problem was not solve. I complaint at Ahmedabad office Miss Divya & Mr. Brijesh is their but there is no response from them and I had also complain on call center before one month back and talk to Miss Sunita & Mr. Prakash (Call Center Manager), they told me that they are sending a company Engineer for repairing but I regret to inform you that their is no visit from your company Engineer.
On 18th April’08 Mr. Dineshbhai from Vadodara Service Center was visited and check the Machine at that time the same problem in machine, he told me that we replace your machine and give you a new one. After his visit we called Mr. Dinesh several time but there is no response from them.
I request you to Kindly instruct technical staff suitably to solve the problem permanently or I request you instruct service branch to replace the whole unit as it is still under warranty.

I agree to all to the above people, as i am facing a minor problem in comparison. Well i have purchased an IFB dish Washer. Now the machine is working just fine but the washing powder for the machine can only be acquired by IFB as it is not available in the open market.
The IFB company states that once you order the wash powder they deliver it to you that day itself which is [censor]. I have been calling to order for the powder since last 6 days and i have not yet received the product.
The IfB phone personals are so rude that they hang up on the customer. I would like to add they denie to tell their name or where the service centre is located.
I would like convey to the IFB officials, firstly teach your service operators some professionalism. Your company is joke you have no system in place, i mean no customer can trust you as the bloody idiotic phone operators don’t even tell you there name to start with, so the poor customer does not even know how the hell he/she is talking with. This proves that the company teaches these people not to say their names because if the company does not perform than; then the customer has no feed back on the basics of which he can go ahead with the complaint to the higher officials. You know what this is [censor]ing [censor], you people have no right to harass the customers in this manner

I purchased Washing M/c in Hyderabad in Nov 2007 and had excellent service from Hyderabad service centers technically with reliable replacement and reasonable. Recently in may 09 I shifted to Delhi and installed M/s with proper procedure. Subsequently my warranty expired on 5th July which was informed through SMS on 28th June. Due to resettlement/admission, my baby boy born and my official tour, I was missed the SMS. Incidentally machine door was opening during switching the program which was working fine on 19/07/09. I registered the complain One of the officer (who nobody will like as his behavior and not proper technically sound) visited, opened the machine and conveyed to my family that the entire kit is faulty and we need to pay Rs. 3500 for replacement. I requested him to ascertain the fault with your technical departs as kit may not faulty and there may be some other problem. Without taking any further action, he left us and never turns up. I then requested Mr. Kishor to whom I have been directed to contact through service centre. In the mean time I registered the request for AMC. I have been told that somebody will come and collect the payment.
Sir, nor payment collected nor complain resolved till date. We are facing many issues in Delhi and suffering lot. Request your support for AMC and repair with reasonable cost.

I have a fully automatic IFB washing machne and I have a lot of problems with it.
I complained that the drum does not spin and no one attanded for 22 days.
I am really annoyed. I kept on calling everyday 3 times and I got the same answer that someone will attend.
I would suggest others not to go for IFB brand.

I agree with Jignesh.I am facing problem with IFB elena 5 KG Machine.
I have logged complain 3 to 4 time.I have not got response from any body.I called IFB customer more than 8-10 times for follow up every time I got response Today our Sr Engineer will come and look into issue but no one has come.
I have logged complain three times for same problem I got solution Machine is Vibrating because there is no stand for Machine.I don't know logic behind that if stand is necessary why company is not selling it with Machine.
So I purchased stand from IFB Still problem is there.Mahine moving one place to another with lot noise.
Today 21/07/2008 I called chief office from pune Mr Nitin I think he is nice person he told me I will give call you call within 10 mins I got call from engineer witnin 10 mins.

I recentlly got the IFB Elena washing machine and obviously wanted to get a demo prior to start using the machine to ensure I use it in the right fashion, I called up the IFB customer service center on 24th April for a Demo ( my demo # 1725541 ) and they said they will have someone come to my place the next day, i requested if the person can come before 2pm as after that i have to leave for work and i was assured that someone will be there after 12am but before 2pm, the next day i waited till 0230pm however no one turned up so i asked a relative to come and stay in my house just in case someone from your office turns up to give a demo, i followed up with 2-3 calls the same day and every time i was assured that someone will be there before 8pm, in the evening at around 7pm i got a call from your office saying that no one will be coming however someone will attend to the call the first day on 26th April, I have cancelled all my plans today and have been waiting for someone to turn up since 10am in the morning however no one has come till now, i called up your office again and told the representative who attended my call how frustrating this is and i would like to speak to the supervisor, she gave me a tel number of Mr Rajesh ( [protected] ), I have been trying to reach him for the last 2 hours and it just keeps ringing.
I cannot tell you how frustrated I'm, this is definitely the worst customer service experience of my life. I have decided never to buy any IFB product...its a shame that in todays competitive world you guys are absolutely not interested in managing your customers well...you have not only succeeded in loosing one to many of your customers but you guys have also been sucessful in wasting our precious time.
I don't think you guys can survive long in the industry and i sincerely hope you guys don't last long.

The dishwasher from IFB does not clean the dishes! In the first place tt is cheating to sell such products in India which is no use for Indians. Secondly the service people dont care to come evn for a demonstration and then dont do anything abt the complaints the only thing they are interestd is to sell some more for exorbitant prices

I bought a dishwasher 16 months ago. It has been giving me problems since 2 months ago. It took the technician 15 days to attend to the call and that too only after numerous calls to customer care and to the technician's manager. The so-called "Customer care" is pathetic to say the least. I would recommend that nobody buy IFB products. Maybe that will teach them to treat customers better.
I had a similar experience buying IFB Zephyr dish washer. (which got non functional after few months- inspite of repetitive complains and helling there was no response)The service people here in Kochi are the busiest lot and they want only the machines to be sold and their salt and cleaning agents . The only tool I could find in their service center are a few screwdrivers and nothing else.

I gifted myself for Xmas against my families wishes with a Neptune Dishwasher; as I am a working woman.
I have complained a no. of times re: poor after sales service of ifb.
I bought the machine on 21st DEC. 2005. I called the service agent on 4th Jan 2009 to service the machine as no water was coming in.
It is just 3 years completed since I bought the machine.
He opened the machine said not much of a problem & will be changing them. I said fine. He then asked me whether I had a warranty . I said No. He then said the bill would come to Rs. 8, 500/ .
Now the machine is left with all parts opened.
I was furious. I asked him why such a bill the moment I said No warranty & asked him to send me a proforma invoice on email; while I went on Ifb website to check the price of parts. Nothing there.
he immediately sent me a invoice 0f rs.6, 300/. (Rs. 2, 200 less)

I am having the same experince with IFB Dishwasher. I bought a IFB dish washer from Visakhapatnam. The very next day of installation, it is out of order. Last 15days I have been calling to attend the job. But no response. Within a few days, I will put this matter to Consumer forum against IFB SERVICE CENTRE, VISAKHAPATNAM.
Here, I am suggesting all my friends not buy any product from IFB.

water is coming out
While process of washing water is coming out from the bottom of the machine ( leaking ) we have call the your servicing center, person from Dhandeep services, Thane India ( dhandeep_ [protected]@yahoo.co.in ) . Technician has informed us that water tub is cracked due to rusty, so it has to be replaced with new one . We are surprised that when the tub is made of steel how it can get rusty & how it can be cracked . So, pl. send your proper person to check the deffective machine .

Company not responding!
I have an IFB washing machine which is out of warranty and for which I have taken an Annual Maintenance Contract by paying around Rs.1700/. In the contract I was told that every single inner component will be replaced free of cost with in the contract period. As my machine was giving problem, I called the service center on 3rd march. 2008. A technician came from the company and checked it. And he said the 'motor' to be replaced in the machine and it would be done with in 2, 3 days.
Today, is 15th march, its not done yet. The company has been telling the same thing that, 'it would be replaced... it would be replaced'. Its very difficult for me to manage without the machine.
Nobody should buy IFB products.

This is S.Ganesan, Puducherry. I am owning an IFB Elena Washing Machine.It is regret very much from the date of purchase, its giving us trouble often, so far we have spent more than the cost of the machine for service and repair through your authorised franchisee only.
e.g.Please refer our complaint no.66921. For that your franchisee technician came and attenended the complaint after 48 hours that too not attended properly. The complaint was regarding the spining of the machine.Even the body lid of the machine was not closed properly.When we informed about this to your Local Superviser, Ms.Saranya. She not at all responded for more than 10 days nobody was turned to rectify the complaint even to close the lid properly.Then again we complaint to the complaint cell, they lodged a new complaint no.6764604. Another person came for that complaint and closed the lid but still the spinner complaint is not solved completely.but now The machine is not even getting on.This is for your early attention.

Will diagnose wrongly, open things one by one unnecessarily and will only try to change most costly parts.

4) The silicon India guys do not carry any identity cards. Once 2 guys came to my home in the evening DRUNK. I complained to Silicon India, IFB and TVSe Chennai.
No action or apology from any one was reported ever.

5 ) The Silicon India mechanics are more interested in ” personal business “. As soon as they see a customer without Annual maintenance contract, they will propose if they can try to solve the problem
” privately “.
The skill level is same, that is ZERO. And thus one by one will replace the Motor, cards, pump whatever and keep charging money. The sole aim is to take away all good parts and sell somewhere else, and put other old parts in the machine.

6 ) IFB has only 3 mechanics for remaining part of Karnataka. The IFB Bangalore Manager and Assistant Manager never could send those guys to my home even after several followups for my problems. The standing excuse is that these 3 guys are out of station. Even though they promise to inform me or call back, they never called back.

7 ) No training is provided to all these mechanics for new models such as Digital models.

8 ) The spare parts are very costly, not available in open market and thus IFB fleece the customer very badly.

My washing machine is under above AMC. Every time a complaint is made it receives a very cold response and it takes several days to rectify the defect, and the quality of work is very sub-standard.
For instance I made complaint No.2368236 on 31st October 2008. Since then many calls have been made to the following numbers and the response is reproduced: The fault is yet to be rectified.

Aggrieved, I tried contacting the office of IFB by the numbers printed along with the address. They were found to be numbers not working. On17.11.2008 undersigned visited your office in Vadapalani with his grievance and Mr.Ashok Kumar dealt with him as the person concerned in handling the matter. When asked for his phone number, gave the number of someone else, giving clearer insight into the culture company is maintaining in dealing with grievances of hapless customers.
Hope you will please agree with me that customers buy washing machines for daily use. One enters into AMC so that the working is least interrupted and we get more peace of mind. We are hereby informing you that on three different occasions it had taken more than two weeks each time (all records are available) to rectify the problem. At present we are going through the ordeal for the forth time, in this AMC period.
I would also like to mention here that collecting AMC charges in advance and not rendering the desired service in time, is deficiency of service on your part which is causing lot of hardships and mental agony to the consumer.
I would therefore request you to rectify the defect and extend the AMC period for the days lost, within seven days of receipt of this letter, failing which I will be forced to initiate appropriate legal action to safeguard my interest, holding you liable for all costs and consequences incurred there under.

I am a user of the product (Senorita Plus Washing Machine) which is 11 months old and under warranty.
Ever since I have bought this product I have time and again reported to the service people from IFB for Excessive vibrations and Movement of the washing machine(Rotation) on its axis on floor(Rough).
Some of the solutions that I have received so far from your service advisors in the past 6 months are:-
Installation of Machine trolley :- I was asked to buy a trolley(Rs 1500/-) 3 months after purchasing the Machine itself. I asked the service advisor to give me a demo whether trolley will reduce the vibrations/movement of the Machine on floor.
A sample was brought in by one of your service person but he failed to demonstrate the same. So I refused to buy a trolley.
Installation of Rubber cups:- I was again asked to install rubber cups under my machine to solve the vibrations/movement issue but even after installing the same the problem persisted.
Changing Dampers and Springs:- Failing to solve my problem the service advisor came with a suggestion of changing dampers and springs. Unfortunately this also failed.
Changing Bearings:- Failure of all the above suggestions resulted in changing of bearings by your service people(Sriranga). The same has resulted in an addition of excessive noise which can be heard in my whole colony.
During this whole phase of logging complaints, attending service people and making calls to your office since last past 5-6 months I have kind of lost my patience to this repeated failure of your incompetent staff to handle machine faults.
Now to a customer who has spend close to Rs 20, 000/- on this fully automatic washing machine the kind of the service and pain I have gone through in past 5-6 months is pathetic.
After seeing the poor response from your side I have decided to send you a notice from consumer court. Hopefully you will receive the same in weeks time.

I have purchased a IFB Digital 6 Kg W/M at Mumbai on 24 Nov. For installation and start demo I have registered a request at call center and fixed up time at 5.30pm on 27 Nov as per convenience of the technician of IFB's outsourced co. M/s Lucky Services.
But even after reminding twice at this service center, no body turned up at the fixed time and date. Rather, I was given some silly excuses for not attaining the service. IFB is requested to maintain the high value and specified time standards through ur timely technical services as they happen to act as a front desk rep of IFB.

POOR SERVICE/ RESPONSE BY IFB SERVICE STAFF; I am Serving Army Officer based at Chandigarh and I am having 5Kg Digital Washing machine since 13 Mar 2008 which is still under warranty period.I had regitered a complaint with IFB through the 24 h telephone service on 13 Aug 09 for my washing machine which was not functioning vide complaint no 3374508. However, there was no response from the staff inspite of myself personally speaking to staff at Manimajra centre/Chandigarh a no of times. Thereafter one pers turned up on 18 Aug 09, he checked the machine and told that the digital panel has to be replaced and he will come next day to replace the same. next day nobody turned up and then on 20 Aug 09 two pers came in the afternoon and checked the machine, incidentally machine started operating and they said that machine is functional. I told them that it was not func till today, and your Engr had also checked it day before yesterday. But since the machine was operating i signed the form. Very same evening when i put the clothes inside and try to operate, the machine did not func again, then I found out that as soon as clothes were put inside and the Wt increased the machine stop functioning, before also i had told the service Engr to check thoroughly but they just did not heed to it. It has been more than a week and all claims of IFB of 24h service are wrong. I will request you to instruct IFB to get the machine repaired at the earliest.
Eny IFB Or SIEMENS, BOSCH all kind of appliances service u can reach me at any time ! I Was the former employee of these brands, so I can simply solve many of the probloms, Thank you !

IFB seriously need to improve their after sales service as otherwise there are many competitors and IFB would loose their market share drastically. I would never recommend anyone to buy IFB machines.
I have installed IFB Washing Machine Model DIG. The machine had been making noise and not cleaning the clothes. I complained to their service Centre on 29th Jul 09 - complain no. 3318192. A service guy came to look at it and advised that he would need to replace a part and it would take three days to receive the part. Today nearly 15 days have passed and I have reminded their service centre several times on Phone: [protected] and they have as yet not sent anyone with the part and to put the machine to order. I have tried to call their service manager Mitesh Jain [protected] for past week or so but he never answers. When I told this to the service centre, I was told that he may be in a meeting. I do not recommend anyone to buy IFB machines in view of poor after sales services. It is also not possible to report to anyone higher in IFB as one cannot find the head office numbers on website.

I HAD PURCHASED IFB WASH MACHINE FULLY AUTOMATIC AFTER TWO YEARS IT STARTS COMPLAINT. NOW THE MACHINE IS NOT AT ALL WORKING, THE SERVICE PEOPLE TOLD THE DRUM HAS GONE. I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH A COMPLAINT FROM A BRANDED ITEM. I HAD REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT ON 14.7.08 . SINCE TODAY IT HAS NOT REPAIRED. EVERYDAY I SPENT 15 MINUTES WITH THEM . IFB is going to have some hard times
I am an aggrieved owner of an IFB Washing Machine (Senorita Plus).
I am shocked to see the level of service being offered by IFB, for reasons briefed below -
1. No one comes for the AMC service or renewal and when you try to call up, none of the Contact Nos mentioned either on the Website or the Manual (for Pune) are working / being attended to. Due to this the AMC has expired on 3rd Oct 2017.
2. Finally I had to call up Bangalore [protected] to get a service complaint lodged (Service Complaint No.1022574) which too after a period of over ten days goes unattended
Is this is the way, IFB works ?
It wasnt just for the product, but also an assured level of Service for which i bought an IFB after spending more than what i would have had to spend on any other washing machine. AND if this is the kind of service a customer gets at the end of the day, I am sure IFB is going to have some hard times.
I PERSONALLY WONT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY AN IFB AND WILL ALSO MAKE IT A POINT TO BRING THIS TO THE NOTICE OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC

the hinge panel of my washing machine has broken. i have registered a complaint on 23rd aug at the service centre, [protected], spoke to mr. khan and he gave me the complaint number 05191. after no response after 48 hrs, i called back the number. mr kumar picked up, refused to acknowledge that there was anyone by the name khan, said i may have dialled a wrong number, gave me the customer care helpline number. He spoke so rudely, that i do not even want to recollect. registered a complaint at the call centre, was given the complaint # 4995131. received a call this morning from serv. centre at kukatpally saying my area isnt under their service. the complaint was wrongly logged in and they are transfering to m/s hadvika services, contact person mr. sampath kumar. mr. naresh called me at 11 a.m and said that the complaint will be taken care of today, i asked for the price of the hinge panel, he said he would call back, but did not. after repeated attempts to reach them, got in touch with mr. subhash who claims to be the service incharge, he said they can attend to the issue only tmrw as the person is unavailable. i am stunned by the callous nature of this response. for 3 days my complaint is going back and forth with no resolution. pathetic customer service. and but for this feedback form, there is no avenue to lodge the displeasure at the way in which ifb has failed to respond to this.
MY WASHING MACHINE IS UNDER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. fROM THE LAST FEW DAYS IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

Unsatisfactory after sale service!
Aftersale service facilities of IFB Washing Machines in Ernakulam District of Kerala Stat is totally unsatisfactory. The service contractors keep changing. Customers are unaware of such changes and hence find it difficult to contact the required agency. Invariably the technicians deputed by these private parties are untrained, unskilled and incompetent to identify and rectify the defects. This results in inflicting more damages to the Machine. I am a victim of such unskilled handling of my Machine by unskilled technicians. IFB does not seem to have any obligation to maintain a customer friendly chain of after-service facilities. Their responsibility ceases once the product is sold. This is unfortunate.

I bought a new IFB Senorita SX washing machine only 1 year ago in July 2013. The IFB washing machine broke down more than 2 weeks ago but the IFB customer service does not react. I called the IFB service number [protected] every day and sent an e-mail today but nothing happens! IBF has not sparepart. Does IFB still have to produce the spare-parts? IBF quality and service is horrible and unacceptable. I am so angry and frustrated with that lousy IFB service and will surely never ever buy any IFB product again!

Seems like IFB finally woke up. They seem to have hired full time service engineers in most locations. They have the quickest service team currently (from experience). Personally, I am always impressed by IFB's rugged, solid feel. They have no glitz attached and looks like they how to make the finest washing machine and dryers. A friend bought IFB microwave oven recently, it looks and feels so much more clasy than other brands in the market. I am an IFB fan and I have this to say - Other companies make ads, IFB makes the finest home appliances.
I have a Executive Plus washing machine at Noida (U.P) which have repeated problems. The service do not have skilled technicians & they have almost replaced all the parts. The drum itself got chnaged twice within six months but still there is a problem. You keep complaining but nobody cares in IFB.

Not satisfactory redressal of complaint
The machine I bought had numerous manufacturing defects. I tried to contact Vijay Sales, but they would simply pass on the buck to the IFB company. From IFB , technicians would come, but would simply say that the "NEW" machine requires repairs, but not "replacement". The irony is that, all technicians contradict each other, the way the machine should be used.

Our IFB washing isn't working since last 1 month, we are unable to get service/Resolution even our machine comes under warranty. Not proper response from A.L.S Engineering, Trichy. Our ticket number is [protected],but it was cancelled without my concern. Our IFB customer I'd is [protected]. Our online complaint date. 14.09.2023.
I registered a complaint for IFB MAXI DRYER 550 on 20 july ([protected])
reregistered another complaint(CB0775416827) ) on 31st July regarding same.
but the complaint is still pending and not rectified which making me trouble. this seems to be the worst service provider ever faced.

Washing machine sahi karne koi nahi aaya lekin company dwara problem solve karne ka mes aa gaya.
Dubara complain karne per meerut office se nitin ki batmiji bhara call aaya.
ooske bad bhi ab tak koi machine sahi karne nahi aaya.
Iam customer of IFB family past five years and I have to book the complaint about the product it is not working properly so Make it fast to rectify the problem

I purchased this machine from Vijay Sales, station road, Pune 411001, in May 2018.
It was an open box machine.
Till date, I have not received the user manual, in spite of several calls, complaints & assurances.
Please ensure that I receive the user manual without any further delay.

i have purchaged a washing machine 3 months back and it is hanging in between & draining automatically since 3 months my complaint number is 1322783 simply the IFB service people are coming & suggesting us to buy voltage stabilizer of Rs. 3000. & i have purchaged it by paying 3000 rs. which is reffered by IFB. but still the problem is continuing iam unable to wash my clothes properly since 3 months after buying a Rs.30000 IFB digital washing machine & u people are giving ads daily in news paper boosting lot of things if u don't replace it within one week i will go to consumer court & go to the local newspapers like bangalore mirror etc. as these newspaper people are hunting for like these news in my office as iam seeing since 3 months u people are unable to solve my washing machine problem as it might me having some manufacturing defect , so if u people did not replace it within one week i will go for consumer court and local news papers as u people are boosting ur ads daily u will see this defect in news papers which u people are unable to solve & ur not ready to replace it also i will make sure that u will get this in front page of news papers. if u people did not attend & replace it within week u only tell me how much i have to wait iam waiting since 3 months & i have purchaged what all the additional materials u (IFB) suggested to buy
IFB preffered voltage stabilizer & my house is just behind of convergys company & very near to IBM & INFOSYS & plenty of my co workers have also purchaged it but my machine has got some manufacturing defect & i have got warranty & extended warranty what is the use of this machine by paying lot of money & we are unable to wash the clothes since 3 months & u people r not at all taking care of customers after selling ur products.
