Dear Sir/Madam,
I have advised that ICICI Bank is cheating me. They are deducting more than Rs 1400 charges from me while these cards are not belongs to me even I do not know the full number of the cards only SMS comes that The amount of Rs *.* over due to my Card no *2025.

When I visited one of the ICICI Branch they told me that this is an undelivered card and it is returned back and called customer care or blocked through internet banking. while I am opening my net banking these card are not shown and customer care also not give any satisfactory reply they told me it is yatra card ICICI Bank has no control. My question is if the card is undelivered then how can they charge on it and make late payment charge. And also how can make hold on my ICICI account no [protected]. Beside this They Deducted Charge of Rs5864.67 on 30.10.2026 and around 4700 in the month of august 2026 for this undelereved card.
I request you to please instruct the ICICI Bank to refund Rs 10600 which wrongly deducted from my icici account no [protected] for the credit card which I have not received And Imposed the penalty of Rs 5.00 Lakh on ICICI Bank so that they will never cheat other people/
