I got a Hyundai from New Port Richey Certified Used Cars and it's pretty good. I don't know much about cars, but it runs fine and looks nice. The people there were friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. The only thing is that it took a while to get the paperwork done and I had to call a few times to check on it. But eventually everything got sorted out and I'm happy with my purchase.

I swapped my 2015 Ram 1500 on 7/17 for a Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Mustang GT at Hyundai of New Port Richey Certified Used Cars. They told me they had 20 days to pay off my old loan, but it's been 42 days and I'm still on the hook for it. They're even advertising my old truck on their website, even though it's not paid off yet. My credit score has gone down by more than 30 points, which is the opposite of what I was hoping for when I traded in my truck. I wanted to lower my monthly payments and improve my credit, but it looks like that's not going to happen.

I went to this car place on July 20th and got a 2017 Honda Accord for $20000. I told them I wanted it for Texas and they said they'd send me the registration and title in the mail to me in Austin. After a month of calling they said they can't send it and I gotta do it myself after I paid for them to do it and it's in our contract. Texas won't let me register the car and they ain't done nothing to help. Now it's been almost 3 months, my car ain't registered and my temp tag been expired for a while. I sent emails but they said they can't help. So now I got a $20000 car I can't drive. Plz help me.

I got a car from this dealership and it's been a week since we last talked. They still haven't sent me the title on paper. Me and my hubby got a pre owned 2017 Santa Fe from Hyundai of New Port Richey Certified Used Cars on Aug 30, 2021. Albert P. was our sales guy. He talked about his old job where he made 200,00 a year and his daughter who's in med school. We asked him about a 2nd key and he said he'd put paperwork in key. When Tom asked why they don't have keys made already, Albert said it costs too much to make keys for 500 cars a month and some go to auction or sites to be sold. Albert said we'd get the key but the car has to be brought in to be programmed. Albert really doesn't like manager Charlie. On Sept. 8, I talked to parts dept and Albert didn't request a 2nd key. I left a voice mail on Albert's cell, talked to manager Charlie, and told him Albert said I was getting a 2nd key, but there was NO request for it. Charlie took my phone # and said he'd call back, but HE DID NOT. I know if I call, I'll be ignored again. Stressful experience with Albert's ego.
