I put a deposit on a car that never came when it was supposed to. They said I would get my $500 back by Monday, February 6, but they haven't paid up. They're ignoring me and I just want my money back.

Delray Honda In March 2022, I bought a new Honda Civic from Delray Honda

In March 2022, I bought a new Honda Civic from Delray Honda. After a few months of owning it, the car started making a rattling noise from the dash. I've taken it to the dealership three times for the same problem, but they haven't been able to fix it. The car has less than *** miles on it. According to the "lemon law," I think it's time for them to replace the car with a new one.

Delray Honda On July 14th, I bought a used CPO 2017 Honda CRV at Delray Honda

On July 14th, I bought a used CPO 2017 Honda CRV at Delray Honda. The price of that vehicle was negotiated at $27,533. During the contract process, I asked the financial assessor multiple times if the APR I was getting was the same as the bank's "buy rate." They assured me that it was the best rate available. Based on this information, I agreed to sign the contract, which had the following terms: Down payment: $3,000, Term: 72 months, APR: 10.39%, Amount financed: $24,987.50.

A few days later, I discovered that the APR of 10.39% was not the best offer from the bank. Delray Honda had marked it up by over 200 basis points, resulting in an additional interest cost of at least $2,300. This increased the total cost of the loan to $8,843.14, which is equivalent to one-third of the vehicle's price or 32.11% to be exact.

The reason I'm emailing you is 'bout the 2016 *** Equus I just bought from Honda Delray. They were 'sposed to service the vehicle 'cause I paid $999.00 for pre-delivery service, cleanin', inspectin', adjustin', and $1,495.00 for ZakTek Initial Application for paint protection. I know for sure they didn't do these services 'cause I had to fill up the fluids myself. The coolant and wiper fluid reservoirs were completely empty (and I drove it for over 3 hours with an empty coolant reservoir). Even the power steerin' fluid was at the minimum level. I had to detail the car myself and I don't think they even applied ***. The glove compartment fell off 'cause the pressurized cylinder to keep it smooth was outta place. I had to replace the cabin air filter 'cause it was full of dirt and leaves. When I cleaned the car, I felt the right fender and it felt rough, like it was painted wrong. This means the CARFAX report was incomplete and didn't mention these repairs. The car vibrates at low RPMs, usually between 20 and 40 miles per hour. I hope Honda Delray starts bein' more honest and treats customers like me better. I wanna ask for a refund for the services they didn't do. I hope to hear back from you soon. Delray Honda I tried to buy a car from Delray Honda on CarGurus, but they said no

I tried to buy a car from Delray Honda on CarGurus, but they said no. I called them up and said I wanted to buy the car with cash, but I needed them to help me get it to Louisiana. They said they don't do that anymore for out-of-state buyers. Then, they told me they don't sell to out-of-state buyers at all. I was confused. So, I called back and talked to the sales manager. I told him what the other guy said and asked for help. I've bought cars out of state before and never had a problem. The sales manager said they're only selling to locals because they don't have a lot of cars. I asked why they're advertising on CarGurus if they don't sell to people from other states. He just said, "Because I can." Delray Honda uses CarGurus to sell cars, but they're not being honest. CarGurus is a big website with lots of people looking at it. They say they have cars for sale all over the country. But I couldn't buy the car from Delray Honda, even though they advertised it. That's not fair. The *** Act says you can't lie in ads. If you leave out important information or make people think something that's not true, it's misleading. That's what Delray Honda did. They made it seem like anyone could buy the car, but they wouldn't sell it to me because I don't live in ***.
