Went in for oil change for $39.95 but got charged extra for tire rotation that I didn't ask for. I told the guy that I got my tires from *** and they rotate and balance them for free so I only need oil change. But they still charged me $63 and said they rotated my tires. I just got them rotated last week and now they did it again without my permission and charged me for it.

I got my Camry on Jan 2, 2021 and added the care care plan for $1050. I didn't know it was optional. When I looked at the contract, I saw I couldn't use the maintenance offered in the 2 year period since I don't drive enough. I called the dealership on Jan 4 to cancel and they said it wouldn't be a problem. But, I made 4 calls to the dealership and 6 to the bank holding the loan. The bank said on 3/19 that the finance employee at the dealership didn't submit the paperwork and they have no record of it. That employee is no longer there and the new one would be contacting me. But, as of today 3/24, I haven't received any response. I'm worried that I won't be credited for the 3 months that has passed since the contract says cancel within 30 days.

I order a 2022 Toyota Tacoma from North Georgia Toyota on 12/20 with Matt H. I put down $500 deposit and thought the order was placed. On 1/14/2022, Matt H called me asking if I was okay with other colors. I started to doubt if my order was placed. I found out on 1/18/2022 that Toyota was cutting production due to the semiconductor chip shortage. I started to look for other options. On 2/9/2022, I told Matt H that I wanted to cancel my order and get my deposit back. He said he would refund it. On 3/7/2022, I asked for an update on my refund. Matt H said he thought it was refunded and would check with his boss. I asked him to copy his boss on future communications. On 3/9/2022, Matt H gave me his boss's phone number and told me to call him on 3/10/2022. I never got a response. I waited a month for my refund and got no customer service. I am going to the ComplaintsBoard.com to get my $500 deposit back.
