Weston Nissan Volvo in ***, *** ain't givin' me no loaner car, even though my ride is under warranty, just 'cause it's an insurance claim. The dang fuse box got messed up 'cause of a flood. I already used up all the rental covered by insurance. My car's been sittin' at the dealership since 09/30/2022, and they still ain't got the part in stock after 3 months. Dealer dont want to honor the original extended warranty, 72 months, claiming it was for only 36 months, and with mileage limit. Hello: back in 2018 I bought a 2013 XC60 at Weston Volvo in Weston, FL, and the Finance Manager offered me an extended warranty for the life of the loan, 72 months, bumper to bumper without mileage limit. Today I left my car at their shop, but I found that according to them, the warranty expired due to I exceeded the mileage by about 1K (103K against 102K) and it was only for 36 months. The thing is, I was never told about any mileage and the document I have with me states 72 months, attached. I have called the Finance Manager, never returned my calls, my car is in the shop and I feel deceived. I need to know if you can do something, please.

My car, a Nissan Murano, was taken to Weston Nissan on 6/23 for servicing (customer # XXXXXX / Invoice XXXXXX). It was returned to me on 7/2. Throughout this service period, I had to pay for UBER expenses out of my own pocket because the vendor didn't provide me with a free rental car as promised. They suddenly claimed that there were no cars available at the last minute. To make matters worse, they unilaterally changed the delivery date, extending it by an extra week and causing me more financial strain. The service advisor responsible for the incorrect estimation was Jorge Baez (XXXXXX), who added an additional week of waiting time (which I couldn't do anything about since they had my car). I am requesting a full refund of USD 314.77 for the UBER expenses I incurred while my car was at Weston Nissan. Despite paying for the service, they refused to refund me. Here are the dates and amounts of the UBER expenses I paid: 6/23 $16.11, 6/23 $30.22, 6/25 $37.20, 6/28 $29.35, 6/28 $35.15, 6/29 $28.06, 6/29 $30.01, 6/30 $29.72, 7/1 $31.01, 7/2 $29.65, 7/2 $18.29.

I recently bought a brand new Nissan Titan pro 4x from Weston Nissan Volvo and during the negotiation, I asked for step rails and a bed cover to be included. They agreed, but since they didn't have the parts at that moment, we agreed that they would install them later. We finalized the deal and they gave me a paper confirming that they owed me those parts.

A few weeks later, before the installation, I asked if the step rail they were going to install was the original one for that car. They replied saying it would be a third-party step rail. I was disappointed because I had assumed I would receive the step rail that matched the car, not a cheap third-party one. I left the dealership feeling let down.

I reached out to them for a solution, but they didn't offer any and the manager didn't get back to me when I called this week. Now, the salesmen are saying that they didn't specify which step rail they would give me. It feels like they might be trying to take advantage of the fact that English is not my first language and that I trusted them to have integrity and care about their customers.

12/28, I went to Weston Nissan Volvo for my first service. I paid $1054.38 to fix the check engine light issue. I told them the code I got from another dealer. They said they would take care of it. They charged me $585.40 for parts and $400 for labor. They also did a maintenance inspection. But on February 1st, 2022, the check engine light came back on. I called them 10 times, but they didn't answer until the 10th call. I told them they didn't fix the problem and that I would come in person to complain about their lack of service and ongoing car issue.

On 2/15/22, I went to my appointment, and the service advisor named *** gave me the same engine code as before. But then the manager, ***, came and gave me a different code, taking back the first one. I told them that the problem I paid to fix was still there, and I accused them of stealing money from customers. I confronted them about it, but they disrespected me and said I was being unreasonable. I told them they were committing fraud against their customers. They didn't like that I called them out and complained about the lack of resolution. They kicked me out without solving the issue. They even called the police for disturbance (case No: [protected]). I explained to the police what was happening, and the officer told me to file a fraud claim against them.
