i had to update my review to 5 stars. the boss guy hit me up and fixed my 2 problems like a pro. thanks a lot and i'll def tell people to go to mercedes benz of sarasota!

Got ripped off at Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. They charged me an extra four hundred bucks for replacing my headlights. When I asked Judy about it, she said, "Oh, we estimated the time to be longer, so we charged more." I won't be going back there again. Next time I need work done on my car, I'll go to St. Pete.

This place is terrible. We came all the way from Maine in our Mercedes motorhome and needed new wipers. My husband drove 50 miles to this dealer with the busted wiper. The parts guys were no help at all. They asked if we bought or serviced our ride there and wouldn't even try to help. This place is a joke. We wouldn't get treated like this at a Maine dealer.

I not happy with this Mercedes dealer, even though I bought 2 cars and 3 leases. I wanted to trade in a car and get a new s450 and asked for a good and honest deal. I ended up buying a car from crown Eurocars in St. Petersburg, who gave me a much better price. They owe me an extended warranty and they will give us the refund but would have to wait up to 9 weeks. They said if I bought a car from them, they would have refunded this extended warranty right away. They had a bad attitude toward my husband and me. They not good at customer service!

I bought a car from Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota on July 4th. The finance guy convinced me to get Vehicle Care Protection, but now I'm having trouble with it. I tried to talk to AutoNation customer service, but they said I have to go to a Chevy dealership because I bought a Chevy. The closest one is 410 miles away! They didn't tell me that when I signed the papers. I talked to customer service and the Program Administrator, and they said the dealership has to cancel the plan. I called the dealership a bunch of times and left 3 messages, but nobody has gotten back to me. It's ridiculous to have to drive 6 hours for an oil change that's supposed to be covered by this plan.

I bought a warranty from Shannon Osborne at Mercedes dealership for $2045. It was supposed to be valid from [protected] to [protected]. Mercedes Benz Financial financed it. They told me that if I paid off the car before [protected] and wanted to cancel the warranty, they would refund my $2045. I paid off the car and tried to find out how to get my money back. I left many messages at Mercedes dealership, but no one called me back. I called Mercedes Benz Financial, and they said I should go through the warranty division. They would have a record that the car was paid off. I called the warranty division, and they said I needed to go through Mercedes Benz of Sarasota. I went to the AutoNation site, and it said I should get a printout from Mercedes Benz Financial with zero balance, VIN number, and name on the account. Mercedes Benz Financial said I don't need that. I need to go to Mercedes Benz of Sarasota, who never returns my calls.
