Mitten Motors They charged me extra and didn't send my paperwork to the SOS

They charged me extra and didn't send my paperwork to the SOS. I bought a 2002 Ford Explorer from Kenneth J at Mitten Motors on 5/15 for $2200, which was supposed to cover the title, taxes, and a new plate with the SOS. However, my paperwork only shows that I paid $1573.20. When I contacted the SOS on 7/22, they said they hadn't received anything from Mitten Motors about my vehicle. I tried calling and emailing the company, but the first person I talked to said they didn't work there anymore and gave me a different number to try. I'm not happy that I was overcharged by almost $627 and now I have to deal with getting my title and plate without any help from Mitten Motors.

Mitten Motors I helped my son buy a Camry from Mitten Motors

I helped my son buy a Camry from Mitten Motors. Before we paid, we found the engine was overheating. The sales guy messaged the boss about it, and he said the radiator would be fixed and not a problem. We bought the car with a 90-day protection plan. During that time, my son saw it still overheated. He took it in for a check-up and found out the radiator sealer messed up the coolant system and killed the engine. The protection plan didn't cover it because of the sealer. We think the dealer lied and didn't tell us the truth about the car's condition. We lost $4,400 and have a worthless car. We want our money back and an apology from the dealer.

Mitten Motors I bought a car from Mitten Motors on March 19th, but I still haven't gotten my license plate or title

I bought a car from Mitten Motors on March 19th, but I still haven't gotten my license plate or title. I've left a bunch of messages on their phone and tried calling, but they haven't helped me out. They blamed the government shutdown for not being able to do anything, but now that the secretary of state is open, they still won't respond. I sent them a message on April 1st and they told me my plate was at the office, but it wasn't. Then on May 13th, they said they didn't have it because of the shutdown. I messaged them again on July 2nd and July 12th, but they didn't respond. I even tried texting Alex, but it didn't go through. I called every number I could find for the company today, but no one answered. I just want my license plate, registration, and title for the 2011 car I bought so I can get tabs and register it. It's frustrating that they won't return my calls.

Mitten Motors I gave $500 to Mitten Motors to hold a car I was gonna buy

I gave $500 to Mitten Motors to hold a car I was gonna buy. They said the car was $9,999 with financing. When I asked about payments, they said $309 for 63 months, which was way too much. I asked for my money back, but they said no cuz I signed an agreement. The agreement says they can't show or sell the car until 12/19/2022, but they're still selling it and won't give me my money back. I'm mad and want double my money back cuz they wasted my time and caused me emotional distress. They never said the car had to be *** to finance. Here's proof they're selling the car to someone else while I'm still under contract.

They said no problems with the car, but they reset the engine light when they knew about the codes. The guys who sold it to us were not good. They said the man who advertised the car was a mechanic, but he works for himself. He knew what was wrong with the car, but he let us test drive it anyway. They made sure the car was running before we got there and reset the engine light too. But the light came back on when we turned the car on again. And then the battery died not even a mile down the road. They fixed the battery, but when we found out what the engine codes meant, they didn't want to admit they sold us a bad car. They said there was nothing wrong with it. But the transmission is bad, and the fluid is black with metal in it. I have five kids, and I bought the car with them. They must not have kids or care about anyone but themselves. I'm very disappointed. I bought the car on June 11 without insurance. They did the paperwork wrong, so we had to go back. They said there were no problems with the car, but we found a paper in it with the codes for the engine light. I called the warranty company on June 18, only seven days after I bought the car. Now the car has been in the shop for weeks, and I can't drive it. I have to pay my boyfriend's mom to borrow her van, and she doesn't have a car. They were unprofessional, rude, and liars.
