I have a loan with Huntington and my payments have been autodrafted for 5 years. The last payment is due and the autodraft has not happened. My husband's name is on the loan so they won't tell me why it hasn't been autodrafted or even let me pay it. Waited on the phone for 1 hour and was transferred multiple times and hung up on. Once I finally got someone on the phone they put me on hold forever only to tell me they couldn't help me at all. Terrible customer experience. Would never use them for banking after this.

Recommendation: Use a different company
