i have been a Huntington Member for 11years & never had issues with over drafting or anything until the past 6 months (i am filing bankruptcy & they knew that) my account could not get current due to it & i wasn't even using the account due to that reason & they charged me in 1month $330.00 in fees then calling me eveyday! After i told them to stop authorizing payments & gave them my attorney information. not only now am i switching banks but i have another large bill I am going to struggle to pay!I even asked to waive some fees they wouldn't even help me. made it out like i was bothering them. & didnt take into consideration ive been a loyal member 11yrs! So if you ever are hurting financial they will make it worse. & every time i used a Non Huntington ATM i would get charged the ATM fee plus Huntington would charge me! & I have "standby Cash" but they suspended it because my account went negative one time for like 10 hours! you'd think they would be understanding but no they suspended my use on it for 90 days for a less than 24 hour overdraft! So Sad. i even tried to get a mortgage thru them last year & i had a credit score of 700 & no delinquent accounts back then & they offered me 70k for a mortgage loan! now where i live that will get you nothing livable.

Desired outcome: Switched to a more customer oriented bank with better services
