Good afternoon
After ordering lunch at Bathurst Hungry Jacks today I was very disappointed.
The lady at the drive through was very abrupt and did not seem to listen, she would speak over you as you were ordering.
After paying she asked me to wait around the front and somebody would bring it out.
After my wait a young girl came out with my other and I asked if there were 2 drinks, she replied, sorry i’ll go get the other one now. As she walked off I looked on the bag and realised it was not my order. s sge returned I told her this and she apologised and took the other back as my order was being delivered by another girl.
She apologised and O said that’s ok have a nice day. I proceeded to my destination and sat down with my husband to have lunch and realised that yes we had 2 burgers and 2 chips although again they were not ours. I was lucky enough to have the chips although I only eat the vegan whopper. I am a very fussy eater and this is my go to naughty meal that I look forward too.
