H&R Block / HRB Digital review: Poor customer service
On 3/9/26 I made an appointment with HR Block to have my income taxes prepared. Pamela Cephas over booked herself without consideration for other people's time. I don't know why she would take a walk-in, and she knew I was scheduled for 12:30. Never came out to apologize it was like no big deal. She needs to pay more attention to detail i.e. like her calendar. I never had this problem with HR Block before. And I have been going there for years it was my second time at this Havertown PA location. Treating clients with respect is how you get a loyal following. Lesson learned for me anyway. Thank you.
Claimed loss: I lost a day's pay because when I selected 12:30 I thought it would give me plenty of time to make my shift. And that did not happen.
Desired outcome: A sincere apology for her lack of consideration.

My appointment was for 12:30 and I walked out at 1:20 and she was still with that client. My feeling was did she have any intentions of preparing my taxes that day?
