H&R Block / HRB Digital review: Lost tax records for november to december 2021

I have used Bob Beck since 1996/1997 faithfully. He expanded his practice when he became a franchisee with H & R Block. However his office mishandled my personal and business records given to him to complete our 2021 taxes. We got a phone call saying everything was completed and to pick up our taxes. I went down to get them and was given our tax returns and a bag supposedly containing the records we had given them for the returns' preparation. I did not check the bag at that time. However after receiving a letter from our State's Tax Office, I needed information from November - December 2021 for that entity and could not find them in the bag. I went back to Mr. Beck's Wailuku office and was told the bookkeeper was too busy. When I finally got a chance to meet with Mr. Beck and his bookkeeper, I had all of the documents that were given to me when I picked up my taxes (4/13/22) and paid for everything. He went through all of the documents and intimated I had misplaced my November-December tax records. The bookkeeper (Bobbie Hoyt) had taken all of my documents and went to place them on the receptionist's desk but seeing she was not at her desk, placed them in a cabinet. Now those documents are lost. Mr. Beck told me, "I hope we find your documents."
