Hello back in November I ordered a swing for 02208 and I have not received it and I have reached out many times to get some information and have not received a call back or a email. My next call will be to my credit card company to resolve this issue. I was really looking forward to using your product. I heard nothing but good things about it and it is the only solution to the problem that I am having, please get back to me as soon as possible. My phone number is [protected]. Never received a refund like was promised in the course of 5 months. Order a spring and was wrong this happened in December. In January was told by *** sales rep that Inwould.receive a refund within a week and it never happened. Called weekly from January all the way up to april and talked to dave but have not received a refund. He asked if I wanted a replacement part never received that either. Finally when my patience was finally out asked if he could send a paper check with a tracking number he refused and said he would send me the check tomorrow without tracking info. Waited 10 days and have yet to received anything at all.

I purchased a 240 kit back in April told 5 weeks of production now July 30 still no kit I've been waiting for about 3 months to receive my 240 kit took into understanding the covid situation and I stayed calm and lenient with it called multiple times trying to get information on the product and when will it ship and all I hear is this week,than I hear I get you the information soon I just got the tracking number within July and the only thing I received was my wheels but my kit is still some where else I called no responses i left multiple emails no responses the best resolution for this situation is to either refund me my money so I can purchase from another company I can believe in or just send me my product and stop waisting my valuable time

I purchased a Harley Davidson Swingarm last 05/19 for $*** and up until now I have not received the item, I want my money to be refunded. Purchased a Harley Swingarm for 05-19 Sportster / 4 Inch Over / Black Powdercoat last 05/19 for $*** from TRAC DYNAMICS and up until now I have not received my item for 3 months. I used my credit card to fully pay and make the purchase and the whole process went through successfully. After a few weeks I followed up on them regarding my purchase via email and a certain "tracdave" replied to my email. In the email he mentioned that he will follow up the order and reassured me that he will take care of the situation. After a few weeks I still didn't get any reply so I emailed them again to follow up. The same customer rep replied and mentioned that he will follow up my order. This exchange of emails happened 3 to 4 times more until such time that no one was replying to my last email which I sent last week of July.

I purchased 2 swing arms and paid in full ($***) on Jan. 15th. I have not received my order after 9 weeks. Ordered 2 swingarm for the Harley Dyna model on Jan. 15 and paid full amount of 2 swingarm is $*** via credit card. I was call them several times in the past however that went to the voice mail most of the time. *** (Owner of business) pick up the phone once in a while and always said I'll email you within a 15 min. however they never sent it to me. I even have receipt from them yet. When I have my friend call them to order some swingarms, they call my friend back within a few min. *** always talk nice and friendly however he just play with the customer and don't care about their money or order seems like. They should close their business if they can't keep up their order. Basically they stolen someone's money and keep their business. I spoke with *** (Business Owner on 3/16 and he said same thing. I'll send you the email within a 15min. about my order status however I haven't receive them yet. They treat some of the customer like this I don't know what is the reasons.

I ordered a custom swingarm and paid in full in November . No product has been delivered or refund offered in a year in a half. I purchased and paid in full on Nov 30 *** and I have my credit card statement) for a custom swingarm for my *** road king. I spoke with *** on the phone and he assured me the custom job could be completed. I waited for several months as I know they can take some time. I did not hear anything and after several calls and emails, I was finally emailed an invoice(***) on January XX XXXX. The invoice had a due date of May XX XXXX on the top so I waited patiently. May comes and no product so I send emails with no reply and make calls in which I was given a run around about mistakes made in the office and was assured that the product was going to be made within the next three weeks. Still no product. I finally reached *** several months ago and he stated the product was finished and needed to be prepped for shipping and I would receive a shipping/tracking confirmation in a few days. I reached him again after two weeks and he promised me a tracking number the next day. Here we are over a month later with emails sent and calls made and I have neither a swingarm or a refund. I would honestly like the product as I have purchased other items to complete my project but I will take either at this point.

Non-delivery of motorcycle swingarm order in Jan. 2020, which was prepaid in full. I placed an online order *** with Trac Dynamics (***/) for a Yamaha RD350 +4" swingarm on January 27. The owner *** called back to take full payment by card over the phone. During the call, *** said that the swingarm would ship in 4-6 weeks. Since then, I have sent several specific inquiries to Trac Dynamics via e-mail, text, Messenger and phone, regarding when the swingarm will ship. The responses from *** have been very intermittent and vague, like those he has given to many other dissatisfied customers. There was time enough for the swingarm to ship prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Trac Dynamics has continued to advertise new products during the months following the outbreak, which indicates that they are still open for business. The company lures customers in with their slick looking website, but POTENTIAL BUYERS SHOULD DEFINITELY BEWARE. Trac Dynamics is happy to take your money but deliver nothing. Beyond the lack of professionalism, the business practices of Trac Dynamics fit the FBI's definitions for Internet Fraud, Business Fraud and Non-Delivery of Merchandise *** ): Internet Fraud is the use of Internet services or software with Internet access to defraud victims or to otherwise take advantage of them.
