I have bought 2 HP 950 print cartridges for my office jet pro 8600 printer. They both did not fit. I have read that HP has changed the cartridge, and it may not fit the printers the HP8600. I was charged by Amazon for opening the print cartridge's box and trying to put them in, they consider them. used. Even though the two print cartridges were brand new when I inserted them into the printer, both of them said that they had been used and my printer wouldn't work. This is an inexpensive printer for me to not be able to get print cartridges for it now.
Claimed loss: Expensive printer is no good without the ink cartridges, spent $139 on cartridges that dont work
Desired outcome: I want HP to send me the 950 and 951 ink cartridges before they changed them so my printer will work. Or send me a new printer that has cartridges available.
