HP’s customer support and overall transparency is severely wanting for a company of its size. I tried to buy a laptop from them but they rejected the payment because I used a card that was not issued in the US. I followed up for a week on email then eventually had to call them, and even after spending close to 2hrs on the phone with multiple reps, they only communicated with my bank to release the hold on the funds on my card several weeks later. Point is, don’t waste your time and money on HP. They clearly don’t need your business if you’re not from the US - they just don’t have the guts to actually post it on their website.
Desired outcome: They need to be honest about their policies
Ink cartridge payments / no products received
How do I contact HP to order ink? I am on a 9.99 a month payment plan, my colour ink has run out, My printer intermittantly connects to the internet, but my HP account states I do not have a HP cartridge installed, Ive been paying 9.99 for at least 6 months, the support centre doesnt recognise my HP ENVY PHOTO 6220 model, but it is registered on my account.
This is frustrating and completly ridiculous situation, I need ink, ive paid for it, im registered in my account
But HP have not responded to my emails, respond to my whatsapp contact or facebook attempts.
There are two months left on the warranty and I want this sorted within 7 days
How do you complain to HP in this modern world of emails and virtual assistants who arent assisting whatsoever?

Approximately 2 years ago, I purchased a HP printer HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer from BestBuy. I keep it at a second "seasonal home" in Jupiter, FL. We are away for 4 or even 6 months at a time. I returned in January and tried to use the printer. It failed. It sounded like it was printing but blank sheets were coming out. I checked the cartridge levels. They were low but had ink. I have a service plan with BestBuy and the "Geek Squad" person came to my home. He determined that my problem is caused by a lack of use, the ink dries in the printer and cannot be fixed. I bought a laser printer for a significantly hight price than an "Ink Jet" printer. HP printers should occassionally print a sheet of paper to prevent this. Instead, I had to spend almost $300 on a black & white laser jet printer. I bought a "Brother" printer.
Desired outcome: HP should prevent this by periodically self running a test page

i purchased a laptop in May 2021 and within days of buying there was issues, i got a blue screen black screen etc and i had purchased it on my friends Argos account and he was away i don't have family or transport and am disabled so i couldn't return it. I thought as i had warranty i would be able to get this resolved, i then had more health problems as i had a massive heart attack and was diagnosed with ms so with that going on i forgot about the laptop issues Then when i remembered i tried getting this resolved. I contacted the support, and it took so long to reply i thought I'd leave it for a another so i did and it took at least 10 mins between each reply then i tried again on 8 dec then again on 12 dec and then i finally managed to get to speak to someone and they have arranged for it to be repaired. I have sent the proof in from when it was bought and from when the faults started occurring and it was less than a week from buying it, that said even with the evidence i was told hp wouldn't be able to give me a new replacement only repair it, the laptop was £550 and i tried so many times to get it sorted and now it's the 7 month and it's just getting worse and worse and I'm afraid i am disgusted that is not acceptable cos even if i had managed to get it back to the shop it would have gone back to the manufacturer. I had used HP in my working life but after being told that they are only going to repair a laptop that was faulty from day one is disgusting. So now i have to have it taken and be without a laptop for 10 days while they fix a faulty laptop and not replacing it so that i am not in put me in further detriment. I paid a lot of money for this, and they can definitely afford to replace it. Which is what i want. i have added the evidence of what occurs and not only that when it changes to windows 11 its much worse, I reverted it back to windows 10 and it was even worse. I BELIEVE I DESERVE A REPLACEMENT NOT A REPAIR ON A PURCHASED FAULTY MACHINE AS THAT WILL JUST HAVE FURTHER ISSUES DOWN THE LINE AND TO PROTECT MYSELF ID HAVE TO PAY A WARRANTY AND BE EVEN MORE OUT OF POCKET i have added vids pictures and the bottom of laptop for the laptop details. All these issues started when bought and are getting worse every day now

My order # H346983364 was supposed to be delivered to my home by noon today [protected]. After a few hours, I checked the FedEx tracking # [protected], and they said they couldn't deliver it because no one was home, or business (?) was closed. My wife was home all day, and i was for most of day. Think they tried to deliver it in Omaha, or are trying to make excuses for not delivering it. I am furious.

HP Omen canceled but HP is playing games to keep our money
We ordered a gaming HP OMen 30L for $2, 500 as a christmas gift. It said a 2 week turnaround but after i completed the order it changed to Dec 29, 2022. Around the 27th or 28th another email changing it to Jan 5. I tried calling but each time I was on hold for over an hour and couldn't hold any longer. A few days later another email came moving ship date to Jan 10. After numerous attempts to reach hp by chat, email and phone, I had no choice but to wait until I could speak to someone. It took 3 hours and 45 mintues to reach a rep. She couldn't do much telling me it was ready to ship that day, but not what the website said plus it didn't matter at that point, I had been trying to reach them for weeks to cancel it. We found a comparable pc in stock at Best Buy and could not wait for a computer any longer. She got a supervisor on the phone who assured me we'll get all our money back and she will put the cancelation through in addition to a return to ship request in case it ships. An email confirming she subitted the return to shipper request arrived the next day on the 11th, and then Jan 12 we got an email saying the pc shipment is delayed again to Jan 18th. This seemed to be good news thinking it should speed up the cancelation and refund without any red tape. Two days later we get an email it shipped on Jan 14th . This can't be a mistake, they had plenty of time to stop this order and shipment, on top of telling us it was delayed another week anyway. They are playing games. I called Fedex today to see what's going on and they told me it's going to be here today and that HP never submitted a return to ship request. To add insult to injury HP actually put restrictions on the shipment, that nothing can be changed on the shipment or delivery. WTF? I filed a complaint with the attorney general and can't believe these companies are getting away with such unethical practices and incompetace. They clearly could have stopped this and did nothing. Now let's see what happens, while I am out $2, 500 and days upon days of stress and time wasted.
Desired outcome: Immediately return my $2,500 once I refuse the package with FedEx today
I forgot to add, that for the past two weeks they have been saying storms are causing delays in reaching customer service but there hasn't been any storms in TX and most customer service people are now remote. If HP hasn't shifted to that model even worse to put people and businesses through this,
Tampering with Bank Account Information
Someone from HP Support Office has confiscated my bank account and my daughter's bank account on two separate occasions in the amount of $100.00. Each time they would make my computer screen blue stating that they are updating my computer but nothing had been changed.

Print at your service lease printer lease program
Your HP PAYS (Hewlett Packard Print At Your Service) division sent me a fraudulent lease contract that stated the lease printer would be serviced & receive toner. I received USED DEFECTIVE old model. The control panel died after a few weeks & HP Pays said they did not service or replace the model & it does not qualify for toner replacement. FRAUD!

Duplicate order cancellation issue and 15% restocking fee
placed laptop order H346757624 I didn't get any confirmation or didn't see any in order history. So I placed new order again H346786218, then I noticed two charges in credit card and immediately noticed hp support to cancel anyone one of the duplicate order, it's been more than 15 days and now I have already received one of the order and I have been trying follow-up several time to cancel duplicate order but received response stating the order can't be cancelled.
Please be noted I raised cancellation on the next day itself but due to Severe Weather issue at HP customer care they took time to respond and now they raised return for the order H346757624 with restocking fee of 15% which is cheating the customer for the issue on HP side .
They just keep passing the time saying the customer care center is closed due severe weather and delivered the one order H346757624 and they said other will be shipped in Jan 2nd week of 2022 but will not cancel that

I ordered this laptop from hp store. https://www.hp.com/ and it's been 3.5 months. they are changing the shipping date. So I contacted them several times. They just giving me false hope. then they offered me canceling because of the delay. I requested for cancellation and refund. They are now saying that they denied my cancelation and asked me to wait. I waited agein and then again they changed shipping date and I didnt receive my refund and product. I want legal action and refund.
Desired outcome: Full refund immediately.

On 12/04/21 I ordered a 15t-dw300 laptop and specifically ordered and paid for a backlit keyboard. I received the package on 122021 and began the setup process and started to test functions. Since it was specifically ordered and paid for, I tested the backlit keyboard, and it did not work! I spent hours troubleshooting and trying to figure out why it was not working, performing all the suggested fixes. Finally, the next day, I called HP customer service for help troubleshooting and after some time I was told that the computer did not come with the option. I just wonder if the factory in China follows quality control testing because the option was on the checklist. I was told I can have it replaced with a new one, which I am. The problem is the time I already spent on the setup and troubleshooting. I was transferred to the sales department and after spending over two hours on hold, an agent never answered, and my phone died! I'll have to try again, I guess. I am now also going to have to wait for the unit to be returned and the corrected unit shipped back to me. There's no saying how long it will take and how long I'll be without a computer.
Desired outcome: I want to be compensated for any out of pocket charges for the return. I would also like to be compensated for my time and frustration.

I received a confirmation from HP 11/19 that entire order was shipped that day. I am still getting nowhere and I have called HP 10+ times. I have been given the same as well as different info. I was given various phone numbers to call, some do not work or I need the serial number, I don't have items. I have called FedEx no one seems to know where the shipment is. HP said they had put a claim in, FedEx said no claim and it was shipped to be delivered with no signature request. Now FedEx says it was delivered 12/6 PLEASE HELP ME!

I placed this order on Dec. 6 and paid for a three day delivery. The order has not even been shipped on Dec. 20. I have tried to cancel the order several times, but their website does not accept my cancellation. OP you are aware that shipments are delayed due to stock being non existent cause of the ports and the current pandemic [low staff to handle the transport] right? i had to wait about 3 weeks extra for my computer cause of the delay. a model i'm working on...is 2 months now waiting for the next 8 shipments of parts [each part shipment is sent separate or in one shipment]. just give it time and it will come.

The printer isn't able to copy in color: too much yellow and blue banding showing up when trying to copy photos.. I was 2 hours on the phone last night with one of your techs; he tried EVERYTHING. Still not working correctly. The printer is a lemon! I called my local Staples store where I purchased the printer, asking if I could show them the defective photos; they said I had to deal with the Spaples tech Support Plan people, so was on the phone with them for about 20", doing multiple tests, trying to resolve the issue. They then said I had to deal dorectly with HP; 2 more hours on the phone, with multiple tests - cleaning heads, removing cartridges in the printer, putting new ones in, etc.
I had a HP 6700 printer before this printer and never had an issue. NOT happy with HP product or the customer service.

I've spent more time on the phone and throwing my hands up in the air in the last 3 weeks than I have slept in the past 5! Buying a print that has two drop of ink before it runs out, what a flipping money grubbing greedy company, I bought a 8020 printer from costco. Took it home, I printed one piece of paper! One! Then it ran out of ink... Really! Of course costco was closed, and of course I had divorce papers I needed the next morning at 8am! So, yes the judge had a field day with me... And gave me a week to get things squared away... I spent 3 days trying to a human... Never did, then the second piece of paper my machine broke... Again, couldn't get support so I called costco and wasted another hour with a person that had zero clue what she was doing... So I took it back to costco and of course they just discontinued this model! So I spent another $379 and bought another different one and had to buy two full $80 cartridges= $160 more... Got home and my modem is shot... But of course you need a wifi connection to run a printer... Since when! I just want to copy a thousand pages for 5 binders! I present my case tomorrow morning! It's 7:30 pm and i've been wait on the phone for 1 hr and 27 minutes as of right now! Our arbitrator judge trusted me to have this done! I'm so tired of the greed in companies, zero compassion for anyone. You know ironic? My soon to be ex wife works at hp... Can it get any better!?

I bought this laptop a year ago for my elderly mother, she passed away recently so I have the laptop again. It is the worst laptop I have ever owned. It is painfully slow. It has a ten minute start up time, it takes 5 minutes to access the internet and forget about using apps with it. I am disgusted that I paid nearly £400.00 at Argos for this rubbish. Unfortunately my mum rarely used this laptop so didn't complain to me about it or I would of emailed you before this

i have had numerous HP printers over the years, i have yet to get anything over 20 pages from a single black ink cartridge, is this done purposely to sign up for their ink jet service? or is done to sell more ink cartridges? in either case i thought it was just coincidence but after years of buying HP ink cartridges i've come to the conclusion HP doesn't sell fully loaded ink cartridges on purpose, it's bad enough they are the most expensive on the market as it is..

Everyone wants their share! Terribly disappointed with how the HP Technical Support Team handled my printer malfunction. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 as suggested and prompted by my computer. Little did I realize a normally functioning printer would become a master spewer of blank paper and hieroglyphics. After running the suggested diagnostics and getting nowhere I called HP Technical Support and started explaining my issue. This resulted in the customer support person disconnecting our call and not calling back. With a second support person on the phone I was told that the drivers of my printer would not support Windows 11 and had to be installed. This came with a price tag. A fee was charged to complete this action. HP get yourself together! I could have and should have just gone out and purchased a competitive brand. HP you are a technology company. An existing customer should not be required to pay for drivers to run its products. Never again.

I was trying to set up my hpdeskjet1255 and this guy calls I hung up on him a few times and he insist he will help me with setting up the printer well said it would cost 130 and I refused then he said it is 100 for life and I did it well he did work on it and never got it working and he is suppose to have asked a teck one was name Alex and the other Sam they never ever got my printer worker and do not trust anyone to get it working a pop-up keeps appearing I refuse because of these guy and also he had control of My computer and went into my bank account and took the money even when I told him to get out of there.
