Don't waste your time on their webpage. I tried to order two different TVs that showed in stock and inventory. within minutes of placing the order with my credit card, I got a notice that the item was no longer available or in stock. Seems very Scamming in my book. I will watch this credit card closely to ensure nothing unusual happens.

I tried calling and the agent was not helpful at all. Nor did they want to try and resolve anything about my order. Stay clear! stick to other more reliable sites.

Colamco is a great website to buy electronics from. I recently purchased a device from them and the pricing was just right. However, I did have some issues with the image from Lenovo. It had some odd issues which made me do a clean install. But, after the clean install, everything was sorted out and the device performed well. I was really impressed with the performance I got out of this device, especially considering the price I paid for it.

After changing the UMA frame buffer to 2GB, I was able to run Forza Horizon 3 at 1080p, 30 FPS on the lowest settings for everything else. Although it did dip down occasionally, it stayed locked at 30 for the most part. This is pretty impressive at this price range, especially with a solid quality 512GB SSD.

Overall, I would highly recommend Colamco to anyone looking to buy electronics. They have great pricing and their devices perform really well. The only downside was the odd issues with the Lenovo image, but that was easily sorted out with a clean install.

I would advise you to be very careful when ordering from Colamco. Make sure you know what you want months in advance and aren't planning on going anywhere because they will not respond to you. It's really disappointing to have such a bad experience with a company.

To make matters worse, I found that the monitor I had purchased from Colamco was only 3% less expensive than the same monitor on Amazon. So not only did I end up paying more to return it, but I also could have saved money by buying from a more reputable retailer.

In the end, I learned my lesson and will be much more cautious when shopping online in the future. I think it's important to do your research and make sure you're buying from a company that values their customers and offers fair policies for returns. If you're looking to purchase electronics, I would recommend going to a brick and mortar store where you can see the product in person and avoid any potential headaches with returns.

My experience with Colamco has been pretty good so far. I gotta say, your website looks way cleaner than some of the other big online stores out there. And you guys have a pretty impressive selection of products, too. I mean, I was looking for an Intel Pentium G4400T and you were the only ones who had it. That's pretty impressive, if you ask me.

But here's the thing. I'm a bit worried about the fact that you don't accept Paypal. I mean, I get it, you're not a bank or anything, but I just don't trust you guys to handle my credit card info as well as Paypal does. I've used some other payment systems before, but I can't remember their names right now. Anyway, I just think it would be a lot safer if you guys accepted Paypal.

I bought a Network Addressable Storage unit from Colamco in December as a gift for someone. However, we didn't set it up until January 17. When we finally unboxed it and plugged it in, we were disappointed to find that it had a fan failure error. This meant that we couldn't proceed with the setup process. To my surprise, the customer service representative told me that I would have to go through a warranty center because it had been over 30 days since the purchase. I was shocked to hear this because the item was clearly shipped in a non-working condition. Even WalMart would have given me a direct replacement without any hassle. I was disappointed with Colamco's lack of customer service and support.

It's a shame because the company I work for buys many Thecus units each year, and we are always on the lookout for good suppliers. However, after this experience, I will take my business elsewhere to more respectable companies that value their customers and provide better support. Colamco has lost a potential long-term customer due to their poor handling of this situation.

But, if I could make a suggestion, it would be great if they could add Plantronics headband support p/n ***-02 to their catalog. And maybe lower the rates on Plantronics ear cushions p/n ***-01. I mean, I don't wanna have to order from Provantage and pay their overpriced shipping costs.

So, I gotta say, Colamco really impressed me with their customer service. After I left my first review, they reached out to me and I gotta say, Jennifer was a real gem. She understood my issue and even offered to let me return the computer and get a new one. The computer I got was a bit of a dud, the mouse batteries didn't work, but I managed to fix that. However, the monitor just wouldn't work no matter what I did. I spent 8 hours over 3 days talking to 3 different HP customer service reps, and they all said the CPU had motherboard problems. But after scouring the internet for hours, I realized that the real problem was that the monitor wasn't compatible with the CPU. I talked to a Best Buy rep and they said I could buy a cable for $15-$40 to make it compatible. So, I decided to buy a new monitor instead of returning the computer to Colamco. They don't sell monitors anyway, so it worked out for me.

I gotta say, I'm really happy with Colamco. I did my research before ordering from them and was impressed with all the good things people were saying. I might even order a TV from them in the future. And I really appreciate that they reached out to me to make things right. Jennifer was a real lifesaver. She's way better than those HP reps based in New Delhi, India. I spent 8 hours with them and not once did they mention that the monitor might be causing the problem. It took a retired 75-year-old CPA with no computer experience to figure it out. I mean, come on, HP experts should have raised an eyebrow when I told them how old the monitor was. It's not like I'm a computer expert or anything. I just use Excel and ESPN.

Anyway, thanks again to Colamco for caring about their customers. I really appreciate it. And if HP can accept returns from Walmart, they should definitely accept them from Colamco. I'm just glad I didn't return the computer to Colamco and get a new one, only to have the same problems again. That would have been a nightmare. My Fiance was thrilled with the gift as she wanted a second monitor for her laptop. However, after Christmas, we discovered that the monitor was not compatible with her laptop.
